This is actually crazy. I say this, because there is a major reason soviet propaganda had a hard time reaching the US during the cold war... you had to physically print a lot of stuff and get it in to citizens. This meant, no Russian State Sponsored news could publish in the US.
Those barriers are gone with the internet.
But, how the heck are they going to print off about a hundred million ballots, mail them in the US, and pass them off as legit, but also fool everyone.
This also ignores that mail in ballots or absentee ballots (same thing, different ways to access them) have been done for decades. The usual problems are people not filling them out completely or not signing them.
He's showing that he really doesn't have a game plan.
