This is a good joke, but it also reminds me of how stupid this line of argument is. The whole process of an indictment is painfully slow, with just tons of moving parts as we have seen. That someone like Cruz would put forth this obviously stupid argument is him telling us he thinks we are exceedingly stupid. It’s utter contempt for his constituents. For all of us. Cruz is hated for good reason.

Totally agree - Ted Cruz is very intelligent. And yet he regularly makes false and highly manipulative statements and claims. That's one of the hallmarks of a horrible human being IMO. Truly a wasted life.
