Biden has lost support from many people who voted for him in the past.
He is getting up there in age.
Here are a couple of sites I'd like to share...

WHAT DO ANY OF YOU THINK?
IS THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY BEST SERVED BY HAVING PRESIDENT BIDEN RUN FOR ANOTHER TERM OR WOULD A DIFFERENT CANDIDATE BE BETTER?

Sorry but heck no. Kenny is just as much nutso as Trump/DeSantis, if not worse. I'd go Biden and not think twice about it, even though I'd rather other options than those 4.
I don’t know Dave. I have now seen two bafoons elected in back to back elections, and the world didn’t go to pot thanks to the people surrounding them.

Put the right people around Kennedy and what’s the worst that can happen, that hasn’t happened over the last two election cycles?

honestly, do you really think Kennedy has any interest in what American Citizens want and need over his wackadoodle conspiracies?
if he even stands a shot at the White House, we may as well invest in bomb shelters and those kind of houses they had in The Purge..
I just hope that if he is cast out by the Democrats that he will still run and splinter the vote.

It’s time for America to have a come to Jesus moment, and him killing Biden’s re-election chances, or throwing things Trumps/DeSantis’ way might just be the cow kicking over the lantern that burns this process to the ground, and I’m here for it. Deep down I think that we are all here for it so we can get back to the days when both parties worked with each other (instead of casting blame at one another).

And you are saying that the Biden Administration hasn't attempted to work with the Republican Party? They have tried, but the GOP is full of extremist and they stymied any attempt to do so. From what I can tell, you are suggesting that the Democratic Party and its voters should give up trying to bring order back to our republic and surrender control to their own extremist. Good luck with that.

He has zero integrity or credibility. If he's capable of believing the sheet he's spewing, he's also capable of running the country off the rails. We've already seen that in the form of Trump and his nonsense. The country actually did go off the rails more than a bit with Trump in office. He was impeached twice, for valid reasons, and he encouraged an insurrection with his stolen election accusations which fired his people up.

I'm not really worried tho. It's not like Kennedy is gonna pull more than 5-10% of the vote anyway, so he's ultimately not going to be an option. At least with Biden, you have someone who's at minimum trying to do a respectable job.

I believe sectors of both sides have tried working with each other, however the louder actors in each party don’t. I looked for some empirical evidence of one party working more with the other, and found nothing. Any suggestions as to where to look?

I am suggesting the entire thing get blown up and dip sticks stop with team politics. It’s forking up this country.

Dave, look who you have in the White House hermano.

Biden actually had a hand in writing legislation that disproportionately harmed minority communities.

Kamala destroyed how many minority families putting black men and women away for trumped up drug charges while she was DA.

Yeah, Kennedy might say some wild crap, but if he is surrounded by the right people, like The Bee Gees sang, it’s only words, and words are all I have, to take your heart away.”

It’s odd, during Trump’s time in office we heard plenty of common Joes and James saying “Trump was trying to do a respectable job.”

Are you watching the latest season of Jack Ryan?

No he didn't. Not while he was President.

    She's VP, not California DA.

We don't know that he'll be surrounded by competent staff. It's possible, but considering his penchant for believing idiotic nonsense, I'm not optimistic.

Only a Trumper worldview would actually think that. I was hoping he'd come around as President, but he got worse, not better during his Presidency.

Yes, haven't seen the last 2 episodes yet. Plan to this weekend if I have time.

Kamala did her job as DA/AG, she prosecuted criminals and that is something I hold in the plus column. To hold that against her and to hold the whole "super predators" crime law against Biden is asinine IMO. The sole beef I have with those '90s laws was its application and that is on local law enforcement.

He's an idiot and is more likely to surround himself with more idiots. Trump is an idiot as well, but at least there were experienced statesmen that backed him. Can Kennedy say the same? No he cannot because the Democratic Party doesn't cater to idiots.

    Here's an example:
President Joe Biden may finally be nearing the bipartisan win he’s long yearned for but that some in his party say is politically unnecessary and may ultimately prove fleeting.

Despite a failed vote on Wednesday to advance the roughly $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure deal, White House negotiators have been working aggressively to settle disagreements with GOP senators.

The White House supported Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s move to force that vote, viewing it as necessary for kicking negotiations into higher gear. As one White House official put it, the president knows when to give Democratic leaders space to manage their caucus.

The move angered Republican negotiators. But it didn’t drive them away. By Wednesday afternoon, 10 GOP Senators had signed onto a bipartisan statement saying they were prepared to vote to break a filibuster in a matter of days. Later that night, Biden credited Sen. Rob Portman, (R-Ohio), for his work in negotiations, saying at a CNN town hall in Cincinnati that he takes Republicans at their word and believes a deal with them would come together.
The White House’s zealous pursuit of a bipartisan deal was kept alive, in no small part, due to the team of top advisers Biden installed to help work toward an agreement. The group includes Louisa Terrell, Biden’s director of the Office of Legislative Affairs and Shuwanza Goff, deputy director of legislative affairs. Both Terrell and Goff are frequently on calls and in meetings with House and Senate lawmakers and their staff and have continued to track the temperature of Democrats on both the bipartisan and party-line reconciliation proposals.

You are missing the point in the first two items. While in positions of power both Biden and Kamala had hands in screwing over minorities.

Which leads to the power (or lack their of) of people in the White House. If Kennedy were put into power he would be as impotent as those two jackals.

I won’t get into what Trump got right vs what he got wrong. I’m only saying that during his term folks said that he was at least trying to do his best to help the country. It’s just interesting that regardless the President, people feel that they are trying their best.

I’m only on Episode 2 of RY. Great stuff so far.

He never once acted in the best interest of the country he told you so in his inauguration speech. His entire presidency was about himself an demonizing those that did not vote for him and turning back the clock on all the progress this country has made since the 1960's, a time he believes America was great.

It's interesting that people feel the President is a doofus if the don't get everything they want.

Kamala did her job as DA? By the terms of how she prosecuted, she was lucky that her younger self never had to sit across the court room from DA Kamala.

And Biden? For forks sake. I don’t need to tell anyone this, but minorities have a hard row to hoe, a road made difficult in part due to sociopolitical factors, rich with a history of bad laws written to impact one group over another. And you are going to say that you don’t have a problem with laws Biden worked on that impacted minorities (because there is a statute of limitations on that shirt, and because because how local law enforcement is using the gun that Biden loaded and cocked for them)?

Anyway, Kennedy being in office isn’t the problem. The problem is there is too much Washington in Washington. You are talking about “can Kennedy surround himself with statesmen?” Is there a shortage of people in DC looking for power? Are bar flys still lingering around the bar at 3am just looking for anyone to go home with? Of course he will find statesmen, just like Trump and Biden found “statesmen”. Democrat or Republican, people will jump on that power pony because that horse will take them to opportunities, opportunities with power.

Lol. “Can he (Kennedy) surround himself with statesmen?” Like we have Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, or Alexander Hamilton walking across the White House lawn. What the fork is statesman anyway? A person that makes sure that Black Rock’s toast is buttered?

Bruh, Biden stepped on his dick and told black people to reconsider their race if they didn’t vote for him. Lol.

I can’t speak to what Trump promised who, what, or where, as time has passed I have come to the realization that he was one of a kind, and we probably won’t see another President like him in my lifetime (fingers crossed).

Is RFK Jr. the answer? Gee, I don't think so lol.

JFK's grandson calls RFK Jr.'s presidential candidacy an 'embarrassment' and 'vanity project'

Jack Schlossberg spoke out against his second cousin and enthusiastically endorsed Joe Biden's re-election bid in a video on Instagram.

WASHINGTON — The grandson of President John F. Kennedy, Jack Schlossberg, ridiculed Robert F. Kennedy Jr., on Friday for not endorsing Joe Biden's re-election bid and running for president himself as he continues to spread conspiracy theories.

Come on, RFK Jr.? Why on earth would you think he would be of any benefit?
To be fair, I don’t think anyone that has shown interest in running in 2024 is of any benefit. I just love how the Democrats hate RFK because he isn’t as crazy as that Pride Month celebration held on the White House lawn, and the Republicans hate him because he is a Democrat and might rob votes from Trump.

Right smack dab in the middle of those two worlds, and if he blows up the 2024 election, we will all be to blame for it.
Well, thanks for your enlightening citizenship.
