Its not a very good or a practical one. In fact, it kinds of comes across as nah, I won't say it, Dave's a good man, a good poster, both on here and on SR and I like him personally, so Ill just say that I've always believed that physical exercise provided enormous emotional or psychological benefits, not just physical ones and I disagree with his previous post above.
