They were not supported by BLM, which doesn’t support violence.

its not all democrat, much of the evil is from Russia china the middle east etc . dictators and hard line rulers. He didn't make resisting arrest a non-chargeable offense. It applies specifically to resisting non-serious crimes. It's basically about no longer harassing and arresting a person for selling loose cigarettes.
