I'll probably be flipping between CNN, NBC, and probably PBS if they have coverage.

If he gets banned from twitter, I think it becomes more likely that he launches a new social media platform versus starting a new television network.Twitter already announced that he will become fully subject to Twitter TOS without accommodation.

Yeah, that makes a lot of since too. It's not as capital and logistics intensive as starting a new cable network and gives him the direct reach that he would want. He wouldn't have to deal with cable providers. He may in conjunction. But he is going to capitalize on all the rubes who will willingly pay to hear his ideas and stances on issues.
a streaming service... Trump+
He might even assimilate it.I would imagine Parler would become the platform of choice.
I'm thinking we're all getting a bit too far ahead. Let's button up this election. ha.If he gets banned from twitter, I think it becomes more likely that he launches a new social media platform versus starting a new television network.
Biden's lead now over 4k in Georgia.
Worshippers of the Cult of Trump, red hats and all, speaking in tongues and using their MAGA magic to help him win. Funny, sad, and a little bit scary all at one time.
News organizations were preparing on Friday for a possibly decisive call in the 2020 presidential race, even as President Trump and his allies continued to lie about the integrity of the election and make baseless claims about voter fraud.
Cable news networks had their A-list anchors at the ready in anticipation of a historic call, but the urgency of the morning gave way to a hurry-up-and-wait mood as ballot counters in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada and Pennsylvania continued their work.
Fox News and The Associated Press, the only two major news organizations to have projected Mr. Biden the winner of Arizona, had Mr. Biden at 264 electoral votes on Friday. Other media outlets — including a network consortium that includes ABC, CBS, CNN and NBC — have declined to call the Arizona race. The number of electoral votes that consortium has given Biden is 253.
It's not a rational thing to do for most people. It might be a matter of intelligence in a minority of instances, but in most it's a matter of being irrationally driven by emotions.
Also, we all let our emotions get us to believe and do irrational things to some degree. It's an inherent part of being human.

Your original comment was "it is high time that we stop describing people as intelligent ..." You commented on people's intelligence, not the intelligence of the things they believe or do.Bringing up word definitions is frowned upon in this establishment, so I won't do that.
But again, why one loses the ability to use reason is irrelevant... believing in BS like QAnon, and letting someone else do their thinking for them, it is not an intelligent thing to do.
And surely, we all do irrational things to some degree... some ...

I agree with you that irrational behavior is not intelligent. By their very definitions they are opposites. Again, irrationality is an issue of emotions, not intelligence, and as we all know intelligent people believe and do irrational things to some degree. A person can be both intelligent and irrational. They are not mutually exclusive.
When intelligent people are letting their emotions make them think or do irrational things, insulting their intelligence only drives them deeper into those irrational thoughts and behaviors.
An intelligent person who irrationally believes in QAnon is still an intelligent person and calling them unintelligent is in itself irrational, misguided and counter productive.
You did erroneously insult their general intelligence for having irrational beliefs.I don't thin I insult anyone... they insult themselves when they believe in such deep, irrational BS.
