It only follows the "natural flow of logic" that if AOC supported Biden she would support Biden's vice-president and endorsed candidate, Kamala Harris. The far greater mental leap is thinking she was bribed to do so, with no evidence or reason to believe so.

In their imaginations, we have to either force Biden to stay in or hold a re-vote, which would be impossible. The only actual path left is for delegates to pick the nominee and the strongest argument is in favor of Harris, who was already part of that ticket.

Of course none of what they are saying is actually meant to make a reasoned case, they are just working through their big feelings because this isn’t going their way.

I think what's happening here is, you are not used to seeing disagreement among party members. In the GOP, you are either a boot licker or a pariah (see Cheney, Romney). Among the DNC, people are allowed to have differing views and opinions on different issues.

Yeah there was so much agreement within the Republican Party during their voting for a new speaker that it took weeks to elect Johnson.

Every single House Democrat and all but 2 Democrat Senatos voted for the last Ukraine Funding.

Also, in the great scheme of things, AOC is a minor player. She represents a district that's more water than land, in a part of NY that isn't monied. The main reason she's that much in the news, XTwitter, etc. is the GOP's obsession with AOC.

Trump will funnel money and weapons to Bibi because the Religious Right portion of his base will demand it. Trump will support Putin in his illegal war against Ukraine including, if he can swing it, weaponry.

Trumpdoesn’t care about the border because he ordered the fools in the House to not bring a bi-partisan bill to the floor that gave Republicans most of what they wanted. Plus, border crossings are down.

The GDP, granted a flawed method of measuring economic growth, is better than when Trump was president pre-Covid.
