I was looking for a place to put this so we could discuss but didn't really find a place that worked so I created this thread so we can all place articles, experiences, videos and examples of racism in the USA.

This is one that happened this week. The lady even called and filed a complaint on the officer. This officer also chose to wear the body cam (apparently, LA doesn't require this yet). This exchange wasn't necessarily racist IMO until she started with the "mexican racist...you will never be white, like you want" garbage. That is when it turned racist IMO

All the murderer and other insults, I think are just a by product of CRT and ACAB rhetoric that is very common on the radical left and sadly is being brought to mainstream in this country.

Another point that I think is worth mentioning is she is a teacher and the sense of entitlement she feels is mind blowing.

You can choose to ignore it as much as you want, but it won't change the truth. The white flight didn't happen because of poorly run or unsafe cities. it happened because of racism and not wanting to live in mixed societies. The poorly run and crime infested city part happened over the long term because of divestment and lack of care or attention from state leaders.

Do you see how silly and biased you sound when you can't recognize or admit those simple truths? You do, but your old religion won't allow you to say it. Faith and all that.
Yes, everything is about racism and being a victim.

Well played on the copy! You are learning. See, the screech against Christianity can go both ways! Both are religion that will have a hard time coexisting with any established religion really. That is why the left is so desperate to stomp out religion for a new religion of the state. They dictate our beliefs and values, well, yours a lot more than mine but they are still working on converts by hook or crook

    I didn't, the investigation did.

University of South Carolina women’s basketball coach Dawn Staley said she did not regret canceling games with Brigham Young University after a black player on Duke University’s women’s volleyball team accused BYU fans of hurling racial epithets at her in August, even after a BYU investigation found no evidence of any such behavior.

Staley canceled a scheduled home-and-home series against BYU after the initial allegations were levied by Rachel Richardson, a sophomore on Duke’s volleyball team, saying that “as a head coach, my job is to do what’s best for my players and staff.”
So, you are saying because lack of evidence, in any case or situation, it 100% didn't happen?
Has something happened to you or you witness something, and you tell others and they don't believe you? Does that mean it didn't happen? or does it mean you just can't prove it? You are saying because it can't be proven, it didn't happen?

You've already been shown that a lack of evidence does not mean evidence against. If I cheer for the Saints in my own home and nobody sees it, is the lack of evidence regarding my actions the same thing as evidence that I did not cheer for the Saints?
Say it louder for those in the back!
    Do the work!
    Check notes......

I have been show wrong things. That is correct. You and the other just constantly saying "you have been shown repeatedly that" doesn't make what you have shown to be true. In fact, when myself and others read that line, we just know what follows is just talking points and ideological propaganda.

You can't make false accusations and if you do, you pay the price. Well, you should pay the price unless you are a minority and cry racism, then it doesn't matter. You will still be celebrated and defended.

I saw a ghost once. Some believe me and some don't. Still doesn't explain why they have gone radio silent after making allegations that would have destroyed a BYU student.

I don't believe in or follow a religion. New or old.

Acknowledging the truth isn't being a victim or believing in a religion.

So did you see a ghost or are you lying about it? I do believe in ghosts. So if you say you saw one, i'd believe you.

But I agree, if they have no evidence then they have no way to act on it. BUT, that doesn't mean she was lying, and like you believe, crying racism just to get attention.

You are working really hard to avoid answering my question. Is it because answering No is clearly wrong, but answering Yes proves that your position is illogical?

    I did.

The fact she and the other person have not said anything tells me everything. Most poeple would say "my bad, I really thought I heard it but I guess I didn't and I apologize to all those that caught up in this, it was not my intent"

Hell, just have her tweet that and it will be over. We know nothing happened because the media has completely stopped covering it.

    What was your question?

Poor analogy. If there isn't any evidence that it happened, why should we think it happened?

You never say that. Ever. I cannot recall a single time - and there have been plenty of times you have been shown proof that you are wrong about things. Usually what happens is you go radio silent, then a bit later you say the wrong thing again as if you don’t know it’s wrong.

And people quit talking about it because it’s a stalemate. It’s a he said, she said, and neither side can prove anything. Reasonable people will move on.

There is zero proof that it happened or that it didn’t happen. You cannot prove it didn’t happen just because nobody around will say they heard it. And it could be the young man was mis-heard, but that’s not a lie, it’s a mistaken perception.

You are so hell bent that there has to be ill intent on the side of the ball player that you aren’t being reasonable. You should probably ask yourself why that is.

Also need to take context clues into account

In this thread articles have been posted and people commented along the lines of “I live near there” “I grew up there” “and I believe this 100% happened” there may be no proof but people have personal experience to lead them to believe it or not

If @Farb said he was visited by 3 ghosts and had a change of heart and attended both a trans rights and BLM rally in full support. Zero proof that it happened, I guarantee no one here would believe it

Poor analogy. If there isn't any evidence that it happened, why should we think it happened?

Jesus, you have the exact same inability to comprehend basic analogies as Farb. It's uncanny.

If an event is said to have happened but there is no evidence for the event, is that the same thing as having evidence that disproves the event?

You still don't know the definition of lie.

The racism discussion is always completely one sided in the USA. Its easy to talk about white on black racism because of our countries terrible past and on going struggle of acceptance but in my experiences, other minorities have been pretty terrible toward black people as well in my experiences. I dated a Filipino once, her father legit told me that he was glad I was white because he'd disown his daughter if she dated a black guy. This was a family who wasn't in the USA very long and they were working through their legal citizenship process at the time.

When I was in high school, a black kid lied about me saying racial stuff because I hit on a black girl who the teacher would regularly send around the class to help others with their math work. She was a star volleyball player, super smart, super hot, straight A's student. I was bad at the subject material, so naturally, she was always at my desk helping me. I was randomly called into the office and they threatened to throw me out of school based on the kids word alone. Luckily, his friends eventually came forward and said the kid had made up everything and he was just jealous that I was flirting with the girl all the time. The kid ended up getting a slap on his wrist, no punishment once so ever.

In elementary school, I befriended a kid from Honduras. He had an older sister and when his parents found out she was dating a black kid when we were in high school, they threatened to kick her out of the house.

In 1987, my aunt married a Cuban immigrant who came to the states by raft in the late 70's. He was a car mechanic for a number of years, literally the most racist person I've witnessed in person. In the early 90's, he packed his family up to move to the North Shore since it started to boom and the reason was "To get away from THOSE people."

This is why I always say, racism is an extreme bias against someone on the basis of race. And honestly? The most racist country I ever been to was Japan. Modern USA aint got nothing on the level of racism there but nobody wants to talk about that.
