I think that is what Abbott wants. What they are doing so far, from what I read, doesn’t violate the letter of the Supreme Court ruling. I read that migrants are avoiding the relatively small area where Abbott sent the guard.

Now if these yahoo regular citizens show up and start threatening people, that’s another story.
