Project Veritas has been known to use deceptive practices and spread misinformation in attempts to expose what it views as “corruption, dishonesty, self-dealing, waste, fraud, and other misconduct” from liberal organizations or individuals. In September, Stanford University and University of Washington researchers wrote that a Project Veritas video alleging voter fraud with unidentified sources was what a “a domestic, coordinated elite disinformation campaign looks like in the United States.”

I can't pretend I pay that much attention to Colin Kapernick but if you point me to something specific above the aforementioned kneeling I can let you know my thoughts.

He's got nothing. There's no use debating someone completely oblivious to facts.
To be sure, there are certainly people that come here for the express purpose of trolling but to the extent he believes this position I'd be interested to know how that came about.

I'm not trolling anyone. Folks are claiming or insinuating that systemic racism prevails in America. I disagree. It's as simple as that.

What facts? LOL! You imply systemic racism prevails in America. I disagree. Bald statement. Bald denial.

Yes, I'm familiar with the code. I don't understand why you're quibbling with me about its intent: in general, once again, to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and protect free speech among other things. I didn't say anything about absolute free speech.
Find me something that states what you say is accurate. Find me the intent. Not what Trump's DOJ wrote in the last year, because that's not the original intent.

We pretty much just saw a huge demonstration of systemic racism play out in real time on Jan 6 at the Capitol. After breaking into the Capitol, injuring over 140 police officers, one of whom died, smearing feces on the walls of the heart of our government, the largely white crowd was allowed to go home rather than being rounded up and arrested in rough manner like so many black and brown rioters over the summer. I was dumbfounded watching on TV as those rioters were herded out of the building and allowed to leave. They raised their fists in the air as they filed out of the Capitol and acted like they were celebrating. It was sickening.

Denial of this double standard is a big problem in this country.

You're alleging this America-hating darling of the political left and corporate establishment was cancelled . . . all the way to the bank, eh?

... and I thought you were concerned about freedom of speech and people being cancelled.

And yes, he was cancelled, he isn't playing football anymore. Kaepernick could've gotten signed to play football in the NFL by many teams, had it not been for Trump throwing a tantrum demanding the NFL be boycotted, and his base of "patriots" getting their panties in a wad.

But obviously you only have a concern when it is people spewing right wing political and religious bullshirt that get cancelled.

But you haven't explained how you arrived at this conclusion. It just seems like it's an assumption, I dunno.

Well, what is the substance of this notion that systemic racism prevails in America? I don't know. Nobody's telling me.

The marijuana charge rate is a really easy example.

I remember something about socks. :hihi:

Edit: found it He wore socks with the face of a pig wearing a police hat.
    Downright terrorism.
