    Not if the revenue generated from the shares are doled out as dividends on Preferred Stock - which only Founder's and their chosen few hold - and done so through a subsidiary vehicle to wash the books of who gets the money.

    Didn't even think of that angle ...there are so many ways to skirt the regs and tax burdens. Just that those ways are reserved for the really wealthy.

    Yup, it's why the ridiculous excuse of the current tax code needs to be trashed and replaced with something that at least pretends to be fair.....
     
    If you really want to get pissed about tax dodges, read about real estate depreciation and the use of intentionally vacant properties to write off the entire burden for other properties - In places where rents are incredibly high and no listed vacancies exist while buildings are left at 30% full to make the tax burden literally nothing as the lost revenue on the vacant property (vacant by choice but that is Capitalism for you) AND depreciate it despite the fact real estate never loses value

    i read that was the reason it traded yesterday almost 4 times normal volume- i had read there was an infusion of buys to stave off short sellers. That DJT Media sent out memo to investors on how to protect their shares from not being sold to short sellers.
