Thanks everyone for the morning shirts and giggles, which ended with an LOL

Yes MT,,, it is most difficult to "rank" them. Why I can smell them even when they are coming from downwind.

Why the flock is Eloon, who holds no government position, meeting with an Iranian ambassador?

Can anyone imagine the uproar if it had been George Soros doing that?

This kind of thing is supposed to be illegal (Logan Act) but we don’t really care about that stuff these days.

There’s a very good reason the Logan Act is ignored. Prosecutors don’t like to loose.

Donald Trump said on Saturday that Chris Wright, an oil and gas industry executive and a staunch defender of fossil fuel use, would be his pick to lead the US Department of Energy.

Wright is the founder and CEO of Liberty Energy, an oilfield services firm based in Denver, Colorado.

He is expected to support Trump’s plan to maximize production of oil and gas and to seek ways to boost generation of electricity, demand for which is rising for the first time in decades.

He is also likely to share Trump’s opposition to global cooperation on fighting climate change.

Wright has called climate change activists alarmist and has likened efforts by Democrats to combat global warming to Soviet-style communism.

“There is no climate crisis, and we’re not in the midst of an energy transition, either,” Wright said in a video posted to his LinkedIn profile last year.……

Wasn’t sure where to put this and appears to be pure speculation
    ============

As the bromance between President-elect Donald Trump and Elon Musk continues, some now believe that a merger could be in the works between their respective social media platforms, Truth Social and X.

“I would suspect he would try to merge Truth Social” with X, tech journalist Kara Swisher said on CNN last week.

“They could merge them and make it a meme stock and make a lot of money for themselves. That could be interesting and incredibly corrupt,” she added.

New York University professor Scott Galloway said on the podcast Pivot last Friday that a merger could be a way “to funnel billions of dollars from Musk to Donald Trump, legally, as far as I can tell.”…..

Actually, they are generally smart enough to know the Logan Act is unconstitutional.

    good overview here.

Constitutional Questions Surrounding the Logan Act. One probable reason for the Logan Act’s neglectis that a number of questions exist about its constitutionality. Most notably, commentators havequestioned the Logan Act’s enforceability in the face of First Amendment challenges and whether thestatute is unconstitutionally vague under the Fifth Amendment’s Due Process Clause.First Amendment:

Actually, they are generally smart enough to know the Logan Act is unconstitutional.
Actually, it has never been ruled unconstitutional. They are therefore afraid to engage in a prosecution.

Because they are smart enough to know not to go there. Its never been ruled unconstitutional because no prosecutor has been fool enough to try.

    Circular reasoning.

Your opinion that is unconstitutional is meaningless. When it is declared unconstitutional then there will be validity to your statement.

In the meantime, we have slander and libel laws in this country. The constant bleating that something is in violation of freedom of speech while being unconnected to the consequences of such speech is inherently concerning. Eloon has no free speech right to engage in conversations with Russia, the PRC, Orban or Erdogan regarding anything that can be considered policy of this country. He is not a member of government and cannot speak to the positions of the U.S. government. He has not been vetted. He has not been confirmed. His own goals, in point of opinion, are increasing his own wealth and power to the detriment of the country. Imo, that fits the very definition of violating the Logan act.

Speaking of RFK, Jr. this is horrendous. Camps for 10% of the population, including minors?

RFK, Jr doesn’t really have any principles. Just like Trump. In fact, nobody in this picture have any morals or principles. They will lie, cheat or steal to get and keep power.

if you look close his carton has a striped tail hanging out of it.
