I am retired and don't have tax cuts. The air and water for our lifetime is all I am concerned about. Plus I do not believe all of that climate bull.

So no grandkids? What about future generations?

It's science, man. But you sound like you have your mind made up

I’m not sure what source your retirement income comes from but being retired doesn’t necessarily mean tax cuts don’t apply to you. I disagree with your second point as well, but I appreciate the honesty of not caring for posterity.

My taxes has not changed enough to notice since I retired which was when Obama was president.

My wife and myself. We do not have any kids. Just for the record most of my relatives are for Trump also including any nieces and nephews with kids.

So you are not concerned at all about the state of the world that would remain after you and your wife are gone?

    Nope.

But how is the entire world being destroyed all of Trump's fault? He has only been the POTUS for 3 years. But wait maybe this is a grand plan by Trump to blow up the entire world while he is POTUS. The Dems just want to blame him, because that is all they are concerned about. If they spent more time on helping to run the country instead of wasting time and money on trying to take back an election that they lost then maybe the world would be better.

I am an Independent and may have voted for a Democrat if there was someone worth voting for, but there is not.

Climate change isn’t Trumps fault, and I’ve never heard anyone suggest that it is.

Trump is the person who currently has been loaned our authority to make changes that help fulfill our collective responsibility. People should be upset with him if he does not use our authority in a way they feel is responsible.

Climate change aside, fossil fuels are finite. They will run out one day. It would be a mistake for us to be reliant on them when they run out.

The sooner we are independent of fossil fuels the better. Maybe you don’t like the way climate activists go about it. Maybe you even think they are hysterical about a non existent threat. That doesn’t mean all of the proposals they make are bad.

Sooner or later most of the changes the climate activists want will be forced on us by reality anyway.

Plus, wouldn't it be *great* to not give a shirt about the Middle East again?

I have a friend that works all around the world doing his part drilling for oil. He says there are enough capped wells in the Gulf where the US does not need the Middle East oil.

I'll take the short term discomfort of those in the industry over the long term suffering of the globe

Plus, most plans that candidates have to get us off of our fossil fuel attachment make sure that workers in that industry are more than taken care of.

The end of humankind's majority reliance on fossil fuels will end in my lifetime. I'm happy for that.

Bloomberg (and Steyer) are blatant examples of what is wrong with the American political process.. Essentially buying their way to the debate stage.

Particularly obscene move by Bloomberg.. What filth.

My worst fear is that one or both of them run as independents.

Even though I like what I know of Steyer quite a bit, he needs to give up for this cycle.
