This organisation and its reach is seriously scary. When the head of the New York Police Department's second-largest police union openly shows his support of this "organisation" then something is seriously wrong!

The head of the New York Police Department's second-largest police union gave a television interview Friday afternoon while sitting in front of a mug emblazoned with QAnon imagery and slogans.
The mug behind Mullins featured the word "QANON" and the hashtag #WWG1WGA, which stands for "where we go one, we go all," a popular slogan among QAnon supporters. At the center of the mug was a large letter Q, which refers to a supposed government insider who, according to QAnon supporters, posts cryptic clues on the Internet about the "deep state."

More than a year ago, the FBI reportedly assessed that QAnon was a dangerous movement that was likely to inspire its most extreme members to commit violent acts of domestic terrorism.

In recent weeks, QAnon supporters have been posting videos of themselves reciting an oath and repeating the "where we go one, we go all" catchphrase that is seen on the mug. They say they are preparing "digital soldiers" for an apocalyptic reckoning, when thousands of "deep state" pedophiles will be arrested and prosecuted at military courts at Guantanamo Bay.

I saw this. I was just exasperated that it seems to be growing. It’s like watching a cult take over a family member. I fear for our country.

I would take issue with the way the person quoted in the CNN piece described the cult. He said they indulge in fantasies of using the military to illegally round up and execute America’s enemies. No, they fantasize about illegally rounding up and executing American citizens. They are dangerous.

I am regularly startled by America's ability to intentionally embrace negative elements of our society. With little more validity than a National Enquirer article on aliens impregnating a given movie star, QAnon has emerged from its little conspiracy theory corner of the internet into the mainstream. The most unsettling part of it is when anything Q spouts is proven untrue, it is waved off as part of a larger plan. In other words, whoever is behind it and its proponents have set up an unending mythology that can always be explained away. I fear that the only way it ends is if the person(s) behind it comes forward to say it was all fiction made up in their basement. I doubt that happens since they obviously are enjoying the attention and the anarchy they cause. The fact that normally sane people have bought into it all is astounding.

Yeah, I'm pretty pessimistic going forward with stuff like this... there are far too many people out there who are full fledged believers.. and like Richard said, because of the open-ended nature Qanon has turned into, I'm unsure when and how it'll end... Hell, pizzagate is back, they just believe that they were focused on the wrong pizza parlor last time.

Except that will be seen as another move in the 29 dimensional game of chess that Q is playing.

One day the kid on Reddit who started Qanon will have a job and kids in college.

I agree, and it has hit me a bit from a personal standpoint. Over a year ago I reconnected with an old childhood friend on FB, he taught me how to play guitar. He was a very talented guitarist and for a few years we hung out alot. I lost touch with him after I moved to MD but still thought about him whenever I heard a song we had worked on together. He was an inspiring guy with a big heart, but would occasionally get into trouble, nothing serious though. He got married very young (maybe 20). Last I had heard (years ago) from another friend was he had 2 daughters but got divorced from his first wife.

He remarried became a "born-again", had 6 kids with the 2nd wife, they live on the road (in a RV) and is a full on Q cult member. I've thought about sending him a PM about the deep dark rabbit hole he is at the bottom of, but to what end? He is so obviously brainwashed, the pattern is so obvious, with God/Christ any action is justifiable (not saying just the Christian religion has fringes like this mind you)....just another reason I feel better about not believing or supporting organized religion (not saying it is wrong to do so, just my choice not to)....

Well that is good to know.

If I come up with any questions I know who to ask. I am just so puzzled and have no idea where to start.
Honestly that's really the only part I know or at least I see that on twitter a lot. The rest I would just have to wing it.

It may make the same amount of sense, so congratulations on your new role as MAP QAnon ambassador.

Edit: I hear part of QA’s religious freedom includes meme posting. Right? Right?

I SUSPECT that this Q stuff came from the TEA party. Or a mutation/offshoot of it. If anyone remembers around 2012-ish the TEA party had some pretty wacky, crackpot conspiracists in that group

I think it goes back to before then and has some sort of origin with Lyndon Larouche and Ron Paul.

Want to see some crazy stuff head over to abovetopsecret.

I used to read that forum for discussion on UFO's and other paranormal stuff. That site has gone off the deep end with Trumpism and conspracy. The original intent of the site is totally lost.

The newest thing is that the defund the police movement(which does not defund or abolish police) is a ploy so Biden can institute a Federal Police agency which will have no oversight and does not have to answer to anyone. This will usher in the new world order by essentially handing over US local policing to the UN.

Also Bill Gates 5G vaccine and plandemic....etc.
