NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Social media photos claiming to show some of the writings by The Covenant School shooter Audrey Hale are authentic, FOX 17 News has confirmed through a source.

On March 27, Hale – a woman who identified as transgender – entered the private elementary school and opened fire, taking the lives of three children and three staff members. Writings obtained by the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) left behind by Hale have been the source of intense legal and public debate over if they should be released to the public.

In the months following the shooting, lawsuits filed by the National Police Association (NPA), The Tennessean, and Tennessee Firearms Association (TFA) called for the public release of writings left behind by Hale. The school, a group of parents from Covenant, and others have argued the writings should not be released to avoid potential copycats and to allow for closure to the parents who lost children.

A decision on any potential public release remains in the hands of an appellate court judge and was not intended for potential release until a ruling is made.

On Monday, Steven Crowder, host of the Louder with Crowder talk show, leaked images of three of the pages of writings. Their release has prompted a response from new Nashville Mayor Freddie O'Connell, who says he is “concerned.” The mayor has instructed Metro’s top attorney to launch an investigation into the leaked photos.

For some reason the tweet won't post here eventhough the tweet is still active. Weird although I saw that YouTube, Instagram, & Facebook are censoring the information

White privilege. Where have I heard that before?

What kind of stricter laws? How would the scenario you listed about threatening someone work? How would one be able to do that an also make sure that someone isn't falsely accused?
It wouldn’t be hard to write such legislation. If you break the law with your firearm, you lose the firearm, and the right to own firearms. You would base it on convictions, however, there should also be times when police just take the guns - like domestic abuse cases. The number of women who get shot by their partners is nauseating. And there are almost always threats beforehand.

Which is worse - someone losing their firearms while a volatile domestic situation is going on, or someone being killed? I’d rather err on the side of nobody getting killed. They can get their gun(s) back once everything is resolved.

It's no wonder why they wanted to keep her manifesto hidden.

It’s a wonder, no, make that pathetically disgusting, how truly warped Republicans are.

I have no sympathy for you or Republicans. None. When your false god goes down to defeat are you going to run in here screaming about fraud? No. You will just try and peddle more tin foil nonsense.
