Watched a clip yesterday of a physician breakdown Trumps aphasia ( replacing words, halting speech, memory lapses, not able to finish a word but replaces ending with the "sound" ) episodes and the direct CLINICAL correlation to dementia. Its unbelievably evident that he is cognitively impaired.

The mere FACT that 200 physicians had to SIGN ON to have his records RELEASED are all you need to know about todays GOP. Those wagons are circled.

This is the only argument I make to Maggats these days. You complain about 6-7% inflation and support a guy calling for 100% inflation. I work in Brazil where all imports are taxed; their inflation is much higher than the US and currency in the tank. The same iphone we buy for $1000 is $1500 here and the real is almost 1/6 of the dollar. What kind of Republican is pro tariff? It blows my mind.

The former president attempted to troll Kamala Harris by manning a fryer at a drive-thru in Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania, on Sunday as he continues to claim the vice president is lying about working at the fast food chain as a summer job in the early 1980s.

And now, the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee have rolled out a new, limited edition piece of apparel to commemorate the day: a MAGADonald’s T-shirt.

“True Trump patriots” can purchase the white top brandished with Trump donning an apron and waving from the McDonald’s drive-thru window, featuring the “MAGADonald’s” slogan in the fast food giant’s red and gold brand colors.

The eagle-eyed shoppers can also spot Trump’s quiff sitting atop the slogan’s “D.”

“I HAVE A McGIFT FOR YOU!,” read a fundraising email, with the same slogan splashed across the top of the fundraising website. The so-called gift, however, is not free, with the website suggesting a donation of $100 in exchange for the T-shirt.

“I am the first and only 2024 presidential nominee to work at McDonald’s,” it continues. “But thanks to Kamala, prices for a meal are through the roof!”………

McDonald’s has issued a statement clarifying where the American fast-food giant stands on the upcoming 2024 election following former President Donald Trump’s campaign stop at one of its restaurants over the weekend.

Trump on Sunday worked the fry station and handed out orders to supporters who were prescreened by the Secret Service at a McDonald’s location in Bucks County in Pennsylvania, a key battleground in this election.

His visit was widely seen as a way to poke Vice President Kamala Harris, as the former president has baselessly claimed the Democratic nominee is lying about having worked for the company as a college student.

“McDonald’s does not endorse candidates for elected office and that remains true in this race for the next President. We are not red or blue — we are golden,” the company said. “Though we are not a political brand, we’ve been proud to hear former President Trump’s love for McDonald’s and Vice President Harris’s fond memories working under the Arches.”

The company explained the owner of that franchise, Derek Giacomantonio, was contacted by local law enforcement regarding Trump’s intention to visit a McDonald’s in Pennsylvania and welcomed the opportunity to host the former president at his restaurant.

McDonald’s greenlit the request, while noting that other franchisees have extended invitations to Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, to visit their locations.

“Upon learning of the former President’s request, we approached it through the lens of one of our core values: we open our doors to everyone,” the company said.

My common law brother in law (lol) is in finance and he said that the bond market has been moving steadily up lately and he thinks it’s because there’s concern that Trump is going to win and they all know his policies are inflationary.

A Virginia property owner has placed a booby-trapped political sign on their property, eliciting a bomb squad response over the weekend – but police later revealed it’s perfectly legal.

The Loudon County resident placed a banner with an altered photo of Vice President Kamala Harris holding a sign that reads, “I helped create this mess!” Surrounding Harris’s image are the words, “Day one for me was Jan, 2021.”

But, the sign was booby-trapped with shotgun shells that one resident said seemed to be filled with gunpowder, local outlet Fox 5 reports.

A resident called the police on Saturday morning, concerned about “a device attached to tree with a fishing line” extending to the sign, Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Media Relations and Communications Director Thomas Julia told The Independent.

Resident Charles King told Fox 5 he found the booby-trapped sign.

"I found the sign, I found a camera to take pictures of people near the sign, and a device in the woods that appeared to me to be an improvised explosive device," King told the outlet. "It looked homemade, made of shotgun shells and what appeared to be gunpowder."

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and Fire Marshal’s Office responded to the call, along with a bomb squad, according to Fox 5. But, they discovered the device was actually designed to make a loud noise when tampered with.

When asked to confirm if the device did indeed use shotgun shells, Julia said: “I believe it does.”

“While this is unusual, it is not illegal,” Julia told The Independent.

“We contacted the property owner who said he placed the audible device as a deterrent because signage had been disturbed there in the past,” Julia added.……..

Just odd because when Fed cuts rate, yields should drop ( and 10 yr did 9/17 but immediately began the climb again - steep climb.
