Clicking between the New York Times, Associated Press and looking at NPR above, these different outlets seem to post similar numbers of votes which are allocated to each candidate but differing %ages as to the votes actually counted. So you might have 2.35m v 2.4m in Georgia on one outlet saying 95% counted whereas a different outlet will have the same numbers but with 98% counted instead. Makes me wonder if the progressive tallies fully incorporate the portion of the vote counted.

I think GA will be within 10k votes. I think Trump keeps it. If Fulton and DeKalb were at only 90% in, then it’s Biden’s for sure. At 94% and 97%, there isn’t a lot of votes left. I hope I’m wrong.

I'm just going to assume he doesn't get GA, PA or NC, but all he needs is NV, and I'll be happy with just that. Anything more will be lagniappe

NC might get closer but probably out of reach. There are only 120,000 absentee ballots 'in theory,' that is, they were ballots that were requested and it is unknown if they were mailed or perhaps the person decide not to vote or vote in person instead.

To be clear, when I say 2/3 that is the bare minimum to break a tie. Since the current gap is 33k, to win by at least 10k Biden needs the rest to be like 73/27 in his favor. Anything below that isn't exactly a comfortable margin to have much confidence holding up in a recount.
