It should be fairly straightforward for you to provide an answer to my question, don’t you think? This is a debate, after all. Yet, you continually refuse to answer and instead resort to ridicule rather than engaging in an honest discussion. Denying, deflecting, and ridiculing are not the hallmarks of genuine debate. Those are the tactics of trolls, not serious participants in thoughtful discourse.

Not being on the jury and hearing witnesses I can't say how I would decide. Can you make that determination sans all the facts? Are you that all-knowing?

It would appear that the prosecutor overplayed his hand and tried to overcharge the guy. Seems like the jury agreed.
