I was looking for a place to put this so we could discuss but didn't really find a place that worked so I created this thread so we can all place articles, experiences, videos and examples of racism in the USA.

This is one that happened this week. The lady even called and filed a complaint on the officer. This officer also chose to wear the body cam (apparently, LA doesn't require this yet). This exchange wasn't necessarily racist IMO until she started with the "mexican racist...you will never be white, like you want" garbage. That is when it turned racist IMO

All the murderer and other insults, I think are just a by product of CRT and ACAB rhetoric that is very common on the radical left and sadly is being brought to mainstream in this country.

Another point that I think is worth mentioning is she is a teacher and the sense of entitlement she feels is mind blowing.

but yet, the same guy you respecting for holding up promotions doesn't blink an eye about the other stuff, he generally is in favor of it, i have no doubt
you have no doubt or are you sure?

Do you not see the major flaw in your fungibility logic that makes every Republican who's ever served in Congress a hypocrite that has enabled the spending of tax payer money to pay for abortions?

Think about it, I'm sure you're smart and rational enough to figure it out.
No flaw. 98% of politicians are corrupt and hypocrites. That still does not change the basic an premise of fungibility.

Fungibility is irrelevant. Ever heard of separate accounts?

Come on Farb. Paying for travel for abortion has nothing to do with the abortion. 😉

These guys held up military appointments, which they claimed were hurting the military, because abortion is that important to them.

Do keep up...holding up military appointments was impacting military readiness, i.e. the people needed to fill positions that became vacant were unable to do so and that affected the office's abiluty to get what they needed to get done in a timely manner.

Abortions for military personnel are another matter.

Yeah I get that and they thought paying for travel for abortion was more important than that military readiness.

No. They thought taking care of their service people was more important than a grandstanding football coach/failure of a senator.

Yeah, only moral corrupt and evil people would equate a child's life to money.

    Relax, it's not a child.

We know it's not a child, because if it was a child, you'd say it's not your problem, they are the parents responsibility.

You understand that if I give you gas money and you go get a haircut, I'm not paying for the actual haircut, right?

I can’t help but think he just learned the word “fungible” (which, tbh, isn’t really a word I ever use either) and he cannot help showing it off. I do not think he is using it correctly, but I could certainly be wrong about that.

Dude, I got paid to transport another servicemember to their medical treatment and you wanna know how much that was??? Less than $50 bucks! Their payments are base off of distance of travel, we are talking about fractions here. It's just stupidity overload.

Edit: And NO, they don't believe funding travel vouchers is more important than military readiness. They believe believe that service members health is vital to military readiness.

This is classic gaslighting. It’s a pathological symptom where you take something you clearly did and try to accuse others of doing that. It’s a sign of a sick society.

There is only one person responsible for the failure to approve routine promotions. Nobody else had anything to do with it.

Farb, I have a question for you. Let’s say you work at a company that commonly reimburses travel expenses but will never reimburse for meals.

It seems to me that what you are saying is that the company should refuse to reimburse their employees for travel expenses if the employee had a meal during that travel. After all, money is “fungible” and how does the company know that “their” money didn’t pay for that meal?

    See how ridiculous that is?

This is what I expected you to say. Now let's take the next step in following your fungibility logic. Don't you pay taxes?

Fair warning, it is a logical dilemma trap. You can only deny you pay taxes or admit that you do. Either way, I'm going to turn your past words and logic against you. Just fair warning.

And "98% of politicians are corrupt?" I always know people are spewing subjective excrement 92.067% of the time when they arbitrarily pull very specific numbers out of thin air without any objective basis for it. See what I mean?
