I was looking for a place to put this so we could discuss but didn't really find a place that worked so I created this thread so we can all place articles, experiences, videos and examples of racism in the USA.

This is one that happened this week. The lady even called and filed a complaint on the officer. This officer also chose to wear the body cam (apparently, LA doesn't require this yet). This exchange wasn't necessarily racist IMO until she started with the "mexican racist...you will never be white, like you want" garbage. That is when it turned racist IMO

All the murderer and other insults, I think are just a by product of CRT and ACAB rhetoric that is very common on the radical left and sadly is being brought to mainstream in this country.

Another point that I think is worth mentioning is she is a teacher and the sense of entitlement she feels is mind blowing.

I’m sure we won’t hear a peep from the usual “racism doesn’t exist” crowd.

At least until Fox News provides the anti-gun control talking points.

Really? Because up until this point in his life, he made good decision not based on primal emotion?
You can see no universe in which this guy, as he is putting his hand behind his back suddenly thinks 'crap, I am going back to jail!'
Judging by his warrants and wrap sheet, this guy is not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Someone facing arrest is going to either submit or flee. I don't think someone in the process of submitting suddenly changes their mind for no reason. For example, there were three officers on the scene. Officer #1 was on the driver's side, Officer #2 was on the passenger side, and Officer #3 was near the squad car. When Officer #1 began the arrest, Officer #3 (the one who shot him) began to approach as she unsnapped her holster. Do you think that could have scared him?

Yeah, nothing. I agree with that paragraph in question.
Then you don’t believe in the US Constitution. You are evidently a Christian Nationalist who wants to end our republic, end our freedom of religion and install a theocracy. You should leave America if you don’t believe in the tenets we are founded on. America, love it or leave it, right?

These are dangerous, and radical beliefs you are espousing.

    This is exactly it:

Tucker Carlson in conjunction with morality is an oxymoron.

Night after night on Fox, Tucker Carlson weaponizes his viewers’ fears and grievances to create what may be the most racist show in the history of cable news. It is also, by some measures, the most successful."

You threw in a lo of things that are aren't in the same league mixed in with some propaganda and misconceptions.

BLM is not in the same zip code as QAnon or Aryan Nation.
There is no "ministry of truth"; an agency that puts out official statements to clarify official stances vis a vis rumors is not some sort of Orwellian censorship gestapo.
    Antifa is a boogeyman.
    Who's limiting free speech?
    No one's grooming anyone.
Which corporations are you talking about? And how they are kowtowing to anyone? And to even say something like that after multiple threats by sitting members of Congress towards corporations (times surely have change, seems corporations aren't people anymore. ).

The gender stuff, though... yeah, that's gotten out of hand.
They picked up on the "grooming" thing during the "Don't Say Gay" bill stuff here in FL. It was a catch-all in that they sold the bill as an "anti-grooming" bill and also accused people who opposed the bill of doing so because they were groomers of children themselves.

I'm not sure the bill in itself is as terrible as others believe it is.. but yeah, the grooming thing was a recently created right-wing Boogeyman paired together with "Protect the Children" in order to deflect and turn around criticism of the bill.

    Guess this can go here
    ================
On the corner of Confederate Lane and Plantation Parkway in the Civil War-themed housing development of Mosby Woods, a “Black Lives Matter” lawn sign faces the two street markers.

A few blocks away in the same Northern Virginia development, other signs urge neighbors to “Save Ranger Rd!!” while cars bear parking permits with the neighborhood’s logo: a Confederate Raider on horseback charging into battle with saber raised.

Mosby Woods, a quiet cluster of 523 homes in Fairfax City built in the mid-20th century, is a community that has grown divided over its identity as the City Council considers renaming its Confederate-named streets.

For decades, street names that reflected Virginia’s Confederate past were a sometimes awkward fact of life for the neighborhood’s residents, in line with the surrounding landscape of Civil War battleground sites and historical markers, monuments and highways honoring Confederate generals like Robert E. Lee and Stonewall Jackson.

That changed with the murder of George Floyd by a former Minneapolis police officer in 2020, which unleashed a reckoning over systemic racism in the country that, in turn, ignited a backlash against perceived anti-White sentiments that has filled social media feeds and fueled a culture war over race and ethnicity.

Now, the increasingly diverse neighborhood named after Confederate army battalion commander John S. Mosby that is otherwise a typical suburban enclave — with summer block parties and holiday decoration contests — is another battleground, with the City Council set to decide in June whether nine streets in Mosby Woods should be called something else.

Residents say their community is straining under the weight of the topic, noting that some neighbors are no longer friendly to one another as they walk their dogs past Reb Street or shuttle their kids to school along Blue Coat Drive............

They picked it up directly from QAnon. That’s where a large part of the Republican base is these days.

Perhaps the right has been a bit off for even longer?

Tucker Carlson discussing the migrant caravan at the southern border, which he repeatedly labeled an invasion.

    Which Southern border?

It's may not be an invasion, but these caravans are certainly causing issues in MX, at both borders, and even in between borders, being both victims and perpetrators of crime. There are constant clashes in Chiapas (border with Guatemala) between immigrants and police, as immigrants block streets and storm government offices to demand they are given papers to allow them to walk through MX. They come from just about everywhere: Central America obviously, but also Cuba, Haiti, DR, Jamaica, Venezuela, Colombia, Senegal, Ghana, India, Russia...

BLM is far more dangerous than anything some weird out of touch loones who believe in lizards drinking children's blood. I remember the riot that were 'fiery but mostly peaceful'

Yeah, the government never takes new bureaucracies too far. Nothing to worry about that, right?

Never knew a boogeyman to cause so much damager to public property and life, but if the left gets to claim ANTIFA as a boogeyman, then Q is absolutely a boogeyman. I know of not a single person, not one that has anything to do with Q or even really knows what it is. The people that discuss Q are all left.

Who is resiticting free speech? Do you think you can go on facebook, twitter (maybe now) or youtube and discuss the positive effects of ivermectin on covid? What about discussing the negative side effects of the vaccine? Just one example, Trump was kicked off twitter for 'misinformation'. That is limiting free speech IMO.
