    Looks like Chatham, Gwinnett, and Forsyth are 29,000 of the outstanding ballots and those should go 70-80% to Biden. This going to be super close.

    Per CNN: Biden is winning 78% of MIV today. If Biden wins 70% of remaining votes, he will win PA by 40k votes.

    Looks like he may very well have enought to do it.

    He's currently down a little under 79,000, so if the 326,000 outstanding votes are correct he needs to receive at least 62%, or around 202,500 of the remaining votes, to win.

    If my math is correct, Biden needs about 63% of the remaining votes (around 23,500) to pull ahead.

    So Biden needs 62.75% of the rest of the uncounted vote to win. Or 23,435 more votes.

    Given how close it is. Those military votes that are post marked by election date but come in after can really swing the winner. I wonder how many of those there are?

    In 2016 GA had 12k overseas/military of which 5k were military.

    Military and overseas citizens' ballots are still coming in. Will they make a difference?
