    Georgia SOS just said there are 50,000 votes left (plus provisional and military ballots). Trump has a 19,000 vote lead. Biden would need to win about 70% of the remaining vote. Which is about what he's been getting, but it will be very, very, very close.

    That is what I'm hearing too. If Biden barely loses, he will probably ask for a recount then bring up lawsuits for missing votes. They will go after the USPS and try to find any votes that might have been lost.

    Now just need Nevada to come through so that Pennsylvania only has to act as the cherry on top.. the legal stuff still scares me if we're talking about a singular state being the difference.

    I think Biden only goes the recount and lawsuit route if he doesn't maintain in Arizona and is looking shaky in PA.

    Yeah, although I do get the feeling Trump will come away with the lead in all 3 east coast states. Nevada will be the difference. I still think it will be 270-268 for Biden when the dust is settled.

    I think the difference between what the SoS says is counted, and what has been reported are different. It is possible that only about 51k remain to be counted to as much as 91k, but I think a lot of the counted vote has not been reported, so those unreported votes are not showing up in the difference between each candidate's vote count. The following NBC site says that there are 221k votes remaining, with the vote count difference at about 18.5k. Note that they don't say votes remaining to be counted, just remaining. I would rather that they use the language of votes remaining to be tallied.


    CNN said at 8:10am central that there are 50k votes remaining to be counted in Georgia, but again, are those remaining to be tallied, or votes that the election workers still need to count? We know there is a delay between counts, reports, and even tallies, although the latter 2 are almost instantaneous.

    I think Biden takes Pennsylvania comfortably. I won't predict Georgia, it's going to be within 10,000 votes either way on that. Arizona will remain with Biden, but be closer than it is now - Fox News decision desk might need to review procedures on when it is appropriate to announce, but it's not a major scandal. Nevada will be a 2.5% win for Biden.

    Looks like about 41 k are split between Fulton and Chatham counties. That's good for Biden, even though Chatham is splitting about +16 Biden. (Fulton is +46)

    If Joe squeaks out the win, my guess is that it will be by around 6000 votes. phew.
     
    Yeah, the Trump campaign has been out there for days alleging that the Dems are smearing Trump by saying he would try to stop the counting of legitimate votes, only to have him tweet this morning (in all caps):
