Indeed, why can't we even go one further and be even more descriptive of it. He got 'earmarked.'Why can't it just be said that a bullet grazed his ear? I saw the video...pop, pop and then Trump's hand immediately went up to his right ear. "Grazed" seems possible.
From May:
News: There's a petition circulating inside the US Secret Service that flags concerns about "a number of recent Secret Service incidents indicative of inadequate training," a double standard in disciplinary actions, and a vulnerability "to potential insider threats" that could pose a risk to US nat sec. It was first shared Monday, I'm told, and has 39 signatures so far. Aim is to call for a congressional investigation, petition says.
Thanks for confirming why you came here and you're welcome.Unsurprisingly folks aren’t failing to deliver, so…thanks?
What a stupid post by Glen. Would he feel better if Democrat politicians where saying to bad the shorter missed?
Actually not, that great damage occurs when a bullet encounters something solid enough for it to distort the bullets outer jacket, and make molten the soft inner core of lead.Well, yes, but it wasn’t close to a direct hit. Like I said his ear wouldn’t be intact if the bullet even grazed it. The power of a round from a rifle does a lot more damage.

I don’t think there’s a hole in his ear, though. From what I could see the ear looks largely intact. At most some damage to the very outer part. I think the idea of the damage being from the bullet coming close is far more likely. I’ve also seen trauma docs on Twitter saying the bullet probably didn’t touch his ear. I suppose we will probably never know for sure.Actually not, that great damage occurs when a bullet encounters something solid enough for it to distort the bullets outer jacket, and make molten the soft inner core of lead.
The bullet does great damage to the tissues while at the same time the tissues causes great damage to the bullet.
In this case the ear is a very thin layer of tissue, the bullet would pass through, punching a hole, neither the bullet nor the ear would be greatly damaged. Wouldn't even slow down the bullet much.
Maybe. As I said that account lies all the time. You said:

That's exactly what that Thompson staffer said.
