I've been saying McConnell and Graham's wins are extra sketchy considering their abysmal approval ratings and how out of line voter turnout in Kentucky and South Carolina were with the rest of the country. This would fall right in line with the right's one and only play: accuse your opponent of what you are doing.

The counties mentioned are small enough that you could do a manual recount and exit poll.
You could contact literally every voter and ask who they chose. Match the willing ones with the accepted ballot and ask if that's really how they voted.
In case Team Kraken is listening, that would be what's known as "evidence".

Half of that article is a conspiracy theory about voting machine tabulations and algorithims.

Based on that, I have no idea if they other information posted by the author has any accuracy. It really shreds credibility.

There is no doubt in my mind that Kentucky voted for McConnell.

While I do agree with that sentiment...there are some very "interesting" things pointed out in that article...

Like a county having a significant number of registered democrats vote for McConnell....or two counties which McConnell hasn't won in the past 6 elections suddenly flipping his way with 64% and 66% wins.

I saw this a while ago, and assumed it was satirizing the “Kraken” evidence. I thought it was a clever send-up of the sorts of nonsense that “proves” that Biden couldn’t have possibly won. Sadly, I see now that it is not satire. 🤦‍♀️

You can use these types of bogus claims to “prove” that any election was “rigged”.

It’s not evidence, though, and shouldn’t be taken seriously. Come on, we don’t have to follow Trumpists down this road.

Let's let McConnell's fraud election commission investigate it, but only if it is a bi-partisan commission.

While it's not direct evidence it does raise enough reasonable suspicion, especially when you consider things like:
a county having a significant number of registered democrats vote for McConnell....or two counties which McConnell hasn't won in the past 6 elections suddenly flipping his way with 64% and 66% wins.

And while I can appreciate the sentiment of not following Trumpists, taking the high road has gotten us nothing but decades of relevancy from Mitch McConnell, Lindsey Graham and people like Newt Gingrich followed by the Tea Party, Donald Trump and QAnon. It's well past time to stop playing fair and start using these people's tactics against them. If the right and the "centrists" want to play the both sides card then let's prove them right and see how they really like it.

It just isn’t evidence at all. That’s it. It’s not. It’s exactly the same as the Kraken nonsense. It’s conspiracy theory junk. At best, at absolute best, you may find a local official in a small county who tried something with a small number of votes. Or the odd person here or there who affected a single ballot. But that would be it.

What I have learned from all the Republican nonsense this year is that it is damn near impossible to swing an election at the scale you are talking about. Elections are monitored by representative of both parties, they are checked after the fact and they are audited. Something like this certainly would have required a bunch of people in multiple locations to be involved, and therefore impossible to keep quiet.

    This is nothing, IMO.

She has a valid point, but it's hard not throw it all out when she went on the weird E&S rant. If her numbers are right, then either long held democratic counties finally voted for Mitch, or something else is going on.

I ironically think Americans should be wary of their election results. Exit polls not matching the results, is one of the red flags the U.N looks for in despot countries for election tampering. If you think 2020 gets a pass, we also had exit polling off in 2016 as well.

I don't think anyone should buy into this whole hog. My personal opinion could be summed in the immortal words of C+C music factory, things that make you go hmmm...

They got that from Arsenio Hall. Credit where it's due, please. :D

Yeah, but can't someone just verify the county numbers? Why rely on an opinion piece?

I'd do it of I had time.

This is where I am at too... how do we know these aren't made up numbers and percentages? I'm too lazy to look it all up myself because, well, this is Kentucky. Home of the creationist museum (where they have displays of humans walking alongside of dinosaurs) and that big arse noas ark replica

    🤦‍♀️

How would massive election fraud get done without being detected? Just how? How would the observers from both parties not notice or say anything? How would the auditing of selected locales not detect any real fraud? This is just stupid, sorry.

There isn’t any way to carry out massive election fraud with all the checks and balances in place.

I assume someone will look further into it. I'm not sure who is relying on an opinion piece?

The article links to the county numbers and they do check out.

Instead of auditing a sample from every county or even most counties, six counties in Kentucky were selected at random for audit. That's 6 out of 120. Three of the six were Republican strongholds, the other three were an even split and all went heavily for McConnell and Trump.
