I fear we are really going to be in a bad place due to the obvious cuts to the federal agencies that deal with infectious disease, but also the negative effect the Affordable Care act has had on non urban hospitals. Our front line defenses are ineffectual and our ability to treat the populous is probably at an all time low. Factor in the cost of healthcare and I can see our system crashing. What do you think about the politics of this virus?

He's referring to the video (that I haven't watched fwiw) that Don Jr retweeted that was taken down, correct?

I'm not taking a position on Twitter's censorship, but I read that hydroxychloroquine was called a "cure" for covid-19 in the video.. which is clearly misleading and not the same as the article citing a study in CNN's tweet.

The riot about all of this is it was posted by a racist, immigrant and woman hatter. The doctor is a black woman from Cameroon that should be enough on the bullshirt meter for me that Trump truly doesn't give a rats arse what she says it just fit the lie he has been pushing.

My post was sarcasm in regards to Twitter's biased censorship. I don't support the views of all those doctors in the video, especially the crazy one, but why not leave it up with a disclaimer? I only watched the first 2 doctors in the video, but the 1st doctor seemed completely reasonable.

Can you explain how the removal of the video Don Jr. shared and the CNN story you linked show bias in how Twitter decides what content should be removed from their platform?

Same feelings here. Even just yesterday, he was in the halls either after Barr's hearing or while on a break, yucking it up with a group of people without his mask on. His irresponsibility may have infected lord only knows how many other Congressmen, most likely his GOP compatriots, and their friends and families. All in the name of owning the libs.

I watched the original video of the doctors, and while everyone does keep choosing to pick on the one lady, one of the last doctors who spoke was very matter of fact and was a doctor from UCLA research medical. I was hoping to post something about him here but it seems I cannot find his name anymore to look up some information on him. It's not very comforting the level of scrubbing that is being done like this.
