Why not relocate all their matches to either Canada or Mexico then? That makes more sense than having them come back and forth - not allowing them to spend the night.

Other teams get to decide their travel schedule. The Iranian team does not. Their coach said it was a disadvantage. Do you know better than the coach of the team? I'm guessing not, so maybe you don't know what the fork you're talking about.
