The VP debate between Pence and Democratic vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris is slated for Wednesday, Oct. 7 at 9 p.m. ET (6 p.m. PT) at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.

The debate will run for 90 minutes and comprise nine 10-minute segments with no commercial breaks. Susan Page, USA Today's Washington bureau chief, will moderate. Pence and Harris will be seated for the debate and positioned 12 feet apart.

I didn't mind that back and forth, I think they did it well, and Kamala just didn't have the zinger she thought she did. But I did like the point she brought up, but seemed like a big whiff.

Pence, my god, he’s just as bad as Trump. After him not answering a single question that the moderator posed, he makes up his own question, and then says she didn’t answer it.

I think Pence constantly ignoring two women to keep talking until he wants to stop talking is going to alienate even more female voter's. Conversely, I don't think it's going to win over any more male voters.

My wife who could give two shirts about politics is sitting here grading English papers . She looked up and said what a jerk (but worse words).

She keeps getting dragged into past arguments. Pence was asked point blank... What's ur plan for Healthcare. And he spent his whole time leading up to that pivot to packing court.

Never answered the question.

She should have peered at him and said the question was what's ur plan? The American people would like to know.
