I don't think this fits in any other thread, but it is important to keep up with Trump's actions that are aiding and abetting Russia, and that are certainly indicative of a suspicious Russian bias. I'm sure there will be more, but this is what he's done so far.

    The following directly helps Russia:
    1) Limited enforcement of foreign agents registration act. https://www.kslaw.com/news-and-insi...cement-of-the-foreign-agents-registration-act

    2) disbanded taskforce to fight foreign interference in elections https://www.npr.org/2025/02/11/nx-s1-5293521/foreign-influence-elections-cisa-trump

    3) closed justice department kleptocapture unit to enforce sanctions against Russia. https://apnews.com/article/russia-s...ry-doj-bondi-85ccedf25d5146db74d83dce01c9958c

    4) Ended U.S. support of Ukraine energy grid via USAID. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/st...rt-ukraine-energy-grid-restoration-rcna194259

    5) U.S. sides with Russia in UN resolutions on Ukraine. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c7435pnle0go

    6) Advocated for Russia to rejoin G7. https://www.politico.com/news/2025/02/13/trump-russia-rejoin-g7-00204169

    The following indirectly aids Russia:
    1) Appointed Kash Patel FBI director to attack people that investigated his involvement with Russia. https://www.washingtonpost.com/national-security/2025/02/07/patel-fbi-russia-lopatonok/

    2) Mass firings at FBI and CIA that might investigate Russian cyber attacks and other nefarious things. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/na...-dangerously-weaken-fbi-three-ways-rcna190915

    3) Shut down U.S. agency for international development (USAID). https://apnews.com/article/trump-usaid-foreign-aid-shutdown-impact-fd4f9bb016f1acf7fb1c2fae7a5c32f5

    4) proposed breaking up 5 guys.

    5) Held U.S. & Russian talks in Saudi Arabia without Ukraine. https://www.reuters.com/world/europ...ted-ukraine-ahead-russia-us-talks-2025-02-18/

Elon now accusing those who disagree with the USA's turn away from Ukraine and Europe as whole as traitors.

    How is he getting worse?

Was there anything else in that thread, or is it as it appears, that he's now at the point where just saying something that really shouldn't even be seen as contentious - "we should protect Ukraine's security" and "not give everything to Putin" is hardly going out on a limb - is now tantamount to treason in his head?

I think Elons reply was yet another within the feud that has developed between him and Senator Kelly ( started over the astronauts on ISS in case you missed it )

I think this reply is solely to get under Kellys skin is all.

Like a child would say something completely off topic to disparage his opponent ( whom he knows is smarter than he )

My best guess is that he fundamentally misunderstands western democracy. He thinks that any view that is inconsistent with the president's is effectively treason. And because he basically sets Trump's positions these days, he takes it very personally.

The malignant narcissism and ketamine binges don't help.

I disagree - did you see Musk telling Poland's foreign minister to "shut up little man" over the weekend?

Musk is all-in for the authoritarians. It's not contrary to his behavior at all to accuse pro-Ukraine sentiment as traitorous.

    ohhhh no i didnt.

I did see some talk this am about Anne Applebaum and Sikorski connection to Soros ( you know how they LOVE to try and connect to Soros )

Didnt realize he said that...to a sitting FM of an ally.

We are off the rails at this point.

Yep - Radoslaw Sikorski is Poland's FM. It's completely off the rails that a White House official would talk to anyone like this in public, much less a NATO FM.

I once saw sikorski do an interview on some BBC program regarding brexit. He struck me as highly intelligent and believes in western liberalism. He earned my respect that day.

Somebody needs to rein in Elon—he’s drunk on power and believes he’s untouchable. But there are always alternatives. They may not be as good, but wars were fought long before Starlink existed. If I were Ukraine—or Europe—I wouldn’t make any plans that relied on Starlink or any other Musk-controlled system.

It's more than that. He's intentionally subverting western democracy. It's not a misunderstanding, it's an undermining of western democracy to usher in the era of plutocratic rule.

Speculation now that if Musk was looking for a reason to disconnect Ukraines Starlink access, he just gave it.

    We will see.

Yeah, let’s put all our air control communications in this guy’s hands. He’s so good at cybersecurity.

    🤬🤮

    Dark Storm refuting Ukraine IP

Says next one will be much stronger and possibly include Tesla.

I world love it of this group was disgruntled American tech workers that got fired from the government in Elon's purge. The irony would be so rich.
