Former President Donald Trump on Thursday sued Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others for allegedly conspiring to “weave a false narrative” during the 2016 presidential election that Trump and his campaign were colluding with Russia.

Trump’s RICO suit says that Clinton, who was his Democratic opponent in that election, and other defendants as part of the purported scheme falsified evidence, deceived law enforcement authorities and exploited access to “highly-sensitive data sources” in a way that “even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.”

The lawsuit seeks more than $72 million in damages, an amount that is triple the $24 million in legal fees and other damages that Trump allegedly has accrued as a result of the defendants’ purported conduct.

The Republican ex-president, who is highly litigious, filed the suit in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida more than five years after defeating Clinton the race that was the subject of the supposed plot to harm his chances in the election.

It will likely get dismissed by the court (because it’s junk) - so he can fundraise on fighting Hilary/DNC’s corruption and claim the courts are in on it, as evidenced by the dismissal.

In throwing out Trump's lawsuit Thursday night, Judge Donald Middlebrooks of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida said the lawsuit was not seeking "redress for any legal harm" and that the court was "not the appropriate forum" for the former president's complaints.

"He is seeking to flaunt a two-hundred-page political manifesto outlining his grievances against those that have opposed him," Middlebrooks said in his ruling

I wish I had faith it will happen. But I doubt it will. I will hold out hope though and be pleasantly surprised if she faces any consequences at all.

The only thing that Trump hates more than someone saying things that are true about him is if someone says things that aren't. I'd love for Clinton, Comey and some of the others who were victimized by Trump just took to twitter and started making claims that Trump was never really president and that the history books will show that Biden was the next REAL president of the US. Trump might just have an aneurysm.
