There is discussion about Biden pardoning the people on Trump's enemies list. I think he should. The attached article argues that he shouldn't, but it is largely based on precedent. I'm sure Trump won't stand on precedent. He is unpredictable, so I don't know whether he will pardon crimes committed during his administration, including himself, but if it benefits him, then he will. The article discusses other ways in which the administration can go after foes, and their underlings, but I think those are less damaging than potential jail and costs associated with litigation. The article also raises the possibility that the Justice Department will get creative, but I think that will expose them further, and makes their job harder. So I think Biden should grant thousands of pardons to everyone on the hit list, their staff, and even their spouses. That would leave children and other relatives, but that will strain credulity, and might justify impeachment. What do y'all think?

The Case Against Joe Biden Pardoning Everyone on Trump’s Enemies List

The case for issuing a packet of preemptive pardons is clear enough.

Do you understand what "Yay" connotes?
Sure. I also understood your snarky response to his post in the first place. You must be a whole lot of fun to be around if you act like this in real life.
