    WASHINGTON – It looks like American politics is entering a new age of anxiety, triggered by an unprecedented legal development: The potential indictment of a former president and current presidential candidate.

    Donald Trump's many legal problems – and calls for protests by his followers – have generated new fears of political violence and anxiety about the unknowable impact all this will have on the already-tense 2024 presidential election

    I’ll reframe this is a more accurate way, Are Presidents above the law? This new age was spurred into existence when home grown dummies elected a corrupt, mentally ill, anti-democratic, would be dictator as President and don’t bother to hold him responsible for his crimes, don’t want to because in the ensuing mayhem and destruction, they think they will be better off. The man is actually advocating violence (not the first time). And btw, screw democracy too. If this feeling spreads, we are In deep shirt.

    This goes beyond one treasonous Peice of work and out to all his minions. This is on you or should we be sympathetic to the idea of they can’t help being selfish suckers to the Nation’s detriment? Donald Trump is the single largest individual threat to our democracy and it‘s all going to boil down to will the majority of the GOP return to his embrace and start slinging his excrement to support him?

    President Donald Trump hit out at Democrats with a rabidly partisan attack during a meeting with a foreign leader on Tuesday, dubbing the opposition party as “insurrectionists” and threatening to give his budget director free rein to slash government jobs and programs as he answered questions alongside Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney in the Oval Office.

    Trump was in the middle of a long-winded soliloquy about the benefits of his Big Beautiful Bill tax cut and spending package when he laid into Democrats for having opposed the legislation.

    “I was greatly helped by our speaker, Mike Johnson and by the Senate. I'll tell you what, John Thune has been — both of those guys have been incredible ... because these Democrats are like insurrectionists ... they're so bad for our country, so their policy is so bad for our country,” he said………..

    crap I did not go to any stores this weekend and buy my groceries and I did not go to my local bike store yesterday and my favorite grocery stores today. I did see these though. Yes there is plywood on windows. nto sure if its homeless that are angry or what. but it sure is not Antifa.

    ya I dont really know where I live maybe I should call fox up and ask them where I am at? I have seen lots of fires. during covid I saw so many homless fires so many campers and motorhomes burned.
     
    So this is when they tell him they have a post ready for him to release and he needs to approve it. It’s looking like he is merely a figurehead, they are showing him AI videos of cities with burning and rioting, and every malevolent faction is trying to steer him to do what they want.

    Also - close up of his fat little fingers at the bottom struck me. He is supposedly a germophobe, has been for years. Those hands are dirty, haven’t been washed in a while. Dementia does that to people, sadly. Personal hygiene goes.

    Yeah, when I saw that I remember thinking - she doesn’t know what it is either. But at least she doesn’t think it’s a person, probably.
