I just read about this. Evidently the Trump appointee attempted to force DHS analysts to call people who committed violent acts after George Floyd’s murder “Antifa” even when no evidence pointed to that. There is a link to the released report itself in the article, which I skimmed over to be sure it said what the article asserts. It discussed the efforts around page 64, IIRC.
