In this article, he demands that a judge send a woman to jail for throwing a drink on him at a campaign event...because if the judge doesn't send a message, the judge is saying that "violence will be tolerated."

Since Gaetz refuses to take action against Trump for his various actions he is, therefore, saying that those actions will be tolerated.

Gaetz is suppose to take action against Trump for what exactly? You said various actions. The actions that are under review right now and not all facts are known?
We could start with his role in felony campaign finance violations. Move onto encouraging sexual assault on tape, then finish up with the ten counts of obstruction?

After all, if the judge doesn't send a message, the judge(in this case, congress) is saying that these abuses will be tolerated. And if he feels so passionately about that philosophy that even a woman throwing water on him needs to be harshly punished as a deterrent, it seems the above are more than worthy, no?

Of course, you and I know Gaetz has never made a good faith argument in his political life, and this is no different, so we are simply arguing about the phantom of a hypothetical Gaetz who, in his spectre state, has a stronger moral backbone than the real flesh and blood version.
