it has since been resolved and she voted

it was a simple error- no shenanigans

Yeah...uh...Sterling's comment was included in my post and there is no resolution as to how someone changed her registration from one county to another without her consent. Shenanigans!!!

remember, dealing with folks at state level- think of experiences at Assessor or DMV etc. They arent foolproof. ;)

I dont see it being some concerted effort to change peoples address.

BUT ill reserve my outrage if found that it was a "hack" where systems were compromised and voter registrations were altered off site.

I was thinking about all the polls and predictions being all over the place:

Trump by a little! Trump by a lot! Harris by a hair! Harris in a landslide! Florida goes blue! Blue wall goes red!

No matter what happens someone will be 2008 Nate Silver exactly right, and like Silver was, be annointed as a soothsayer and ride that newfound glory all the way to 2028 or at least the midterms

Nate went from "gut says Trump" to "the polls are herding" once that early voting data started coming in.

According to the woman in the video, she was told that someone requested a mail in ballot in her name to a city and address that she never lived at.

It has such a simple and easy solution though.

You create a mutliple notification system. You send an email, and a letter to the current, and previous registered address anytime a person's voting information changes.

    This is not rocket science.
