This is true:

They did arrest him when he set foot outside of the courtroom. Which is why I maintain that trying to arrest him inside the courtroom was simply an intimidation tactic, as are the bogus charges filed against the judge.

IMO, ICE wanted to seize him inside her courtroom as an intimidation tactic. There is a reason that ICE has never in the past operated inside schools, medical facilities and courtrooms. There are certain places that people should feel they will be treated as human beings first, and their rights...

This was what I was referring to. They did not have the authority to enter the courthouse to seize him and the judge was right to ignore their presence there.

ICE needs an actual warrant to effectuate an arrest in that scenario. They didn’t have one. The judge didn’t break any laws and this case should be thrown out. ICE has no protocol authorizing them to do what they did in this case, and the judge didn’t do anything wrong by ignoring their attempt...
