Totally hear that sentiment. But I want him to go away and not come back. I'm hoping that a good impeachment trial, one that even if it ends in acquittal, allows Trump to perjure himself and tons of evidence to be presented publicly, will accomplish that.

Yeah, well, he ain't going to testify according to his latest set of attorneys. So much for that. He is a giant baby.

Since he is no longer in office, can he be subpoenaed?

Weren't they even talking of subpoenaing him when he was still president? I'm pretty sure they were but they let him answer questions in writing instead. But, yeah, I really don't see why they couldn't subpoena him just like anyone else.

Thats what his lawyers say, he could be baited into it, I think. Or just tell him how great the tv ratings would be, he loves that stuff. Remember he was said to be thinking of defending himself, after the first legal team quit and before he hired these two.

I think they should subpoena him, may as well. He probably still won’t show up, but make him defy the subpoena.

Wow, this is kind of email you might write when you're really pissed at work or something- just to vent your emotions - not send, and then upon reviewing it the next day immediately delete it for the petulant and immature garbage that it is. I don't get the impression though that Trump reviews anything or backs away from petulance and immaturity.
