Unless he manages to somehow secure a pardon, the case where he's Individual #1 is a layup that is still within the statute of limitations too. As well as like 1200 different cases that I'm sure are waiting for him in multiple state courts. I listened to two lawyers argue about whether or not he should be prosecuted and the case for not prosecuting him is pretty flimsy, IMO. I think everyone should be fair game after the hell they've put this country through for the past 5 years.

I really wish someone would clue him in that Nixon won them both in 1960 against Kennedy and still lost the election. Something else he has in common with Nixon now.

That wasn't the "real Donald Trump case" he's putting it all on the Texas one now. Until that one is refused and then that won't be "his" case either.

I think he is referring to the terrible Texas case filed by our terrible AG.
It should be noted that the Solicitor General, who would normally file and argue before the USSC, is not on the pleadings. Which is why you have terrible Ted Cruz offering to perform oral. argument.

Hey, let's get it straight here, buddy. Ted Cruz was only going to perform oral on the PA case. He hasn't offered to perform oral on TX even though that was make the smallest amount of sense.

Now that Trump is just straight up tweeting out #OVERTURN now, I'm wondering where that puts all the Republicans who have been claiming he's just been exploring all of his legal options during this last month? Any of you Trump folks wanna weigh in with how this isn't chipping down the pillars of democracy? We are only saved right now by how incompetent he is.

He's just dragging this out to squeeze as much money out of his supporters as he can. He is basically a televangelist at this point.

Yes, but I wanted to make fun of Cruz.

With that said, Cruz knew exactly what he was doing. He offers to argue the Pennsylvania case knowing well that cert will be denied. He looks like a hero to the Trump faction of the GOP, and he doesn't really do anything. Cruz is thinking 2024.

This is exactly what it is. The 2024 hopefulls have their lips firmly planted on that giant, pale buttocks because they know Trump is the GOP kingmaker, which is a sad commentary on this country.
