    I would love to hear one of these networks report that the president has been put on suicide watch for the time being

    I think only with the votes that came after the polls closed on Tuesday until today if I heard correctly. However, PA already separated them and I don’t think they count those yet. They are just doing that for noises. Won’t change anything.

    PS: watching MSNBC and they just confirmed it.

    Good news is that he can't do it all on his own...he'll need some dyed in the wool loyalist at the controls to go through with his orders. At this point I'll bet that Esper would just order his people to "stand down and stand by" if any potentially illegal orders were given from trump.

    He'll learn the hard way that this country is not some sort of Monarchy or dictatorship. But like I said I wouldn't put it past him to drop a dime to a geopolitical adversary to do us harm somewhere without the threat of immediate retaliation because the president does need to be in some sort of control to do some sort of immediate counterattack.

    Absolutely. No one, and I mean no one in DOD is going to carry out an illegal order from a lame duck president. It's just not happening.

    I think the better question is whether Trump commits to the kind or orderly transition that requires a lot of work and most Americans don’t fully appreciate goes on in the last 100 days of a lame duck term. Or will Trump effectively engaged in scorched earth - and if so, how much damage will he do?

    Kudlow says the former. McConnell says the former. We’ll see.

    Well, Fox reported the same thing. The questionable ballots are set aside and haven't been counted yet. Ultimately those votes won't affect the outcome with Biden already having a real lead.
