If it’s 269-269 I think it would go to the House, where each state would get one vote. Under that scenario I think Republicans would have a 26-24 advantage.

I thought if we tie 269 the House picks POTUS and Senate picks VP? Well, they vote on it. Why would SCOTUS get involved?
