Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the richest woman in Russia and the widow of Yury Luzhkov, the former mayor of Moscow, Senate Republicans revealed in their report on the younger Biden’s work in Ukraine.

Baturina is referenced in the 87-page report, which was released Wednesday, addressing her payment to Biden’s investment firm in early 2014.

“Baturina became Russia’s only female billionaire when her plastics company, Inteko, received a series of Moscow municipal contracts while her husband was mayor,” it said in providing background on the businesswoman.

The report described her involvement with Biden as “a financial relationship,” but declined to delve deeper into why the wire transfer was made.

The probe also found that Baturina sent 11 wires transfers between May and December 2015 to a bank account belonging to BAK USA, a tech startup that filed for bankruptcy in March 2019.

Nine of those 11 wire transfers were first sent to Rosemont Seneca Partners, the investment firm founded by Biden and Chris Heinz, stepson of former Secretary of State John Kerry, before being transferred to BAK USA.

We all know their is massive corruption on both sides of the aisle. Here is an alleged allegation against Hunter Biden who was allegedly enriching himself because his Dad was Vice President.

Perhaps the FBI told them that if the story keeps getting pushed, they will come out and do a press conference saying that they have investigated everything and there is nothing to it. Fox definitely got the word to stand down (and standby?). If I had to guess, that is what I think it is. Plus, it never got any traction, so it wasn't like they were giving anything up by letting it go.

It may very well also be that Rudy has some legal exposure here, and Fox and Tucker have backed off after being warned by the FBI. This presumes that the material in question was hacked and thus obtained illegally, which is my best guess as to how Rudy got the information.

Karl Rove on Fox Sunday just said exactly what my take on this has been. It was too confusing and scattershot. Introducing all this new information and shady characters and stories late muddled the message.

He did note that the information from the laptop hasn’t been confirmed yet. I really believe GOP insiders have been given the heads up something is fishy. I’m noticing more and more the disclaimers from them about the laptop.

I'm not really a fan of Rove's politics, but, his commentary on the state of the election at any given point of time is actually pretty good. He knows his stuff. And he's been on point about how the administration has been bungling their messaging for several weeks now. He's pretty much cringing anytime he has to talk about it, lol.

As bad as the Administration has been, to think they're still in spitting distance is good evidence that Biden hasn't done a good job convincing people that he's ready for this. I was watching him speak yesterday, and honestly, I felt like he was trying too hard. I get why he feels like he has to press, but it doesn't look good for his delivery.

Biden should still win though. But stranger things have happened, so .
