Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President Donald Trump's controversial nominee to become secretary of Health and Human Services, faces a key vote in a Senate committee on Tuesday.
The Senate Finance Committee is scheduled to take up, and likely vote, on RFK Jr.'s nomination starting at 10 a.m. ET.
The GOP has a one-vote margin on the committee, meaning Republicans can afford to lose one vote.
As of Tuesday morning, RFK Jr. has not been confirmed by the Senate.
