I was looking for a place to put this so we could discuss but didn't really find a place that worked so I created this thread so we can all place articles, experiences, videos and examples of racism in the USA.

This is one that happened this week. The lady even called and filed a complaint on the officer. This officer also chose to wear the body cam (apparently, LA doesn't require this yet). This exchange wasn't necessarily racist IMO until she started with the "mexican racist...you will never be white, like you want" garbage. That is when it turned racist IMO

All the murderer and other insults, I think are just a by product of CRT and ACAB rhetoric that is very common on the radical left and sadly is being brought to mainstream in this country.

Another point that I think is worth mentioning is she is a teacher and the sense of entitlement she feels is mind blowing.

AWisconsin teacher who allegedly used racist and homophobic language toward a high school student has resigned after a damning independent investigation overturned a previous review that dismissed the instructor’s behavior as harmless.

The communications and marketing coordinator for Wausau District Schools confirmed in a press release to The Daily Beast Tuesday that Wausau East High School Band Director Rob Perkins submitted his resignation, which was accepted by the school board Monday night.

“The search for Mr. Perkins’ replacement will begin right away. No other information will be released at this time,” the statement read.

In April, Perkins, a white man, caused a ruckus in Wausau’s Asian American community after he allegedly used derogatory terminology for one of his students. Witnesses claimed Perkins used a series of anti-Asian slurs, including “chink” and “ching chong.” The parents of the student, who is gay and of Hmong and Lao descent, filed a complaint against the band teacher, claiming their son was so severely intimidated “that it caused him to experience panic attacks and withdraw from school.”

But despite the offensive remarks, an internal district-led investigation concluded it was fine for Perkins to go back to his job after being placed on leave.

“Witnesses indicate that he did use language that could be insensitive to students of different protected classes, including race and sex, but that language does not rise to the level of discrimination or harassment,” District Superintendent Keith Hilts previously wrote in a letter.

The school district claimed that students said the band teacher used humor to increase students’ engagement—much to the disgust of allies and members of the Asian American community.

“This decision [to reinstate Perkins] sends a strong message that using racist, sexist, and homophobic slurs are permissible, so long as they…are in good faith, and that is just unacceptable to us,” Asian American community members wrote in an open letter...........

*Sophia Nomvete, who plays Disa in “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power," is speaking out about the racist backlash she received upon joining the series.

Apparently, fans of the Tolkien universe have decided that Black people have no place in this fantastical world. Nomvete told The Hollywood Reporter during its second annual Raising Our Voices luncheon that playing the first female dwarf of color "was a huge moment, both personally and professionally. And I think I kind of skipped in naively thinking that it's gonna be great. I'm a dwarf, it's gonna be such fun."

"When the announcement came out and pictures went up about just our faces of who we were playing, I was statistically the most attacked castmember of the entire show," she continued. "There were N-bombs, I had no place here. ‘You're too fat, you're too black. Why are you here?' I had one that was actually very polite, who said, ‘I'm sure that you're a wonderful actress and a really lovely person. I just, I don't think you should be part of this, it's not right. If you could potentially just send a letter to Amazon with your resignation, I'd be very grateful.’"

Nomvete continued, "I thought, ‘No, I'm not going to do that, I can't.' I can't afford to resign for you, so sadly I'm here to stay."..............

    Is this she?

I agree protesting her casting due to her being of color is wrong. My question is are dwarfs really tall in the Lord of the Rings universe?

Also, are we still using the term dwarf?

You realize that dwarf is being used in the fantasy sense, right, where dwarves are a race of short, stocky people that tend to be skilled blacksmiths and miners?

Dwarfs, like elves, goblins, and mermaids, are made up, mythical creatures.

On other words, there is no “correct” anything biologically about them.

Because they are a figment of the imagination.

They are written about but don’t actually exist.

    Like intelligent conservatives.

    Dwarves aren’t white!

Waaah! What a bunch of snowflakes.

argue for the sake of arguing.. no other reason.
I cannot think of any time a dwarf was not considered smaller than human in any movie or story ..

Agreed, though that photo is of two dwarves, so there is nothing to compare their heights to.

A social studies teacher in Massachusetts has resigned after he was allegedly tormented by a 12-year-old student who made a series of anti-Semitic comments.

Morrison Robblee, now a former teacher at Nessacus Regional Middle School, said he wore his kippah — a cap worn by some observant Jews — to school, and that the anti-Semitic abuse kicked off after he wore the religious garment.

He claims one of his sixth-graders began making hateful comments toward him in February, but that the commentary became anti-Semitic during Passover in April. Mr Robblee decided to write up the student up for detention, according to the Berkshire Eagle.

The child allegedly "apologised" a few days later by handing his teacher a drawing of Adolf Hitler standing over a dead Jewish person alongside the phrase "Sorry, Jew".

“He really wanted to get his point home,” Mr Robblee told the Berkshire Eagle.
Other instances of harassment reportedly invoked the Holocaust, gas chambers, and other Nazi imagery.

The student was eventually suspended and removed from Mr Robblee's classroom, but it reportedly did not stop the harassment. The student reportedly took opportunities to insult Mr Robblee in the halls and send him harassing emails.

School officials eventually suspended the student and removed him from Mr Robblee's class. The student was eventually allowed back, but Mr Robblee expressed concerns that the school had not done enough to address the student's hateful attitude.

“I am not bothered by the ignorant comments of a child,” Mr Robblee told the school in a written statement after the student was reinstated after their suspension. “I am bothered that, without proper intervention, this hate will continue to fester.”……..
