The failure comes just more than a month after the company’s seventh Starship flight also ended in an explosive failure. The back-to-back mishaps occurred in early mission phases that SpaceX has easily surpassed previously, indicating serious setbacks for a program Musk has sought to speed up this year.

Sendai likes to pretend he can support all things Musk without having to acknowledge what a horrible person Musk is, and how that inevitably bleeds into every organization that he is a major part of. The safety record of Tesla - which is ignoring warnings, promising false performance standards and misleading customers into using their products in unsafe ways - along with serious allegations of labor violations - are a direct result of Musk’s leadership, IMO. Leadership matters, and when the leader is an awful person, that seeps down. That’s just fact.

Similarly, he likes to pretend he can draw a bright line between what Trump and ICE are doing and his support for strict mass deportation. He refuses to say why he thinks mass deportation is worth the cost in human rights violations and human suffering. He has side stepped that repeatedly. He hasn’t even really acknowledged the violations, but rather makes excuses repeatedly. Only if absolutely pinned down will he make a statement that he doesn’t like the tactics. He absolutely approves of the goal, though, and that is what drives him to ignore the tactics as much as he possibly can.

He also scoffed at my suggestion that he let his elected representatives know that he doesn’t approve of these tactics. A simple email was too much to ask. There is a reason he is not willing to object to these tactics, he just hasn’t shared it with us. My guess is that he holds this belief - “if you want to make an omelette you have to break a few eggs”.

You have to be a complete idiot and fool to think that anyone was denigrating Musk's employees, because they were being critical of you and Musk.

I mean, it’s like clockwork with these types…..
Anything to say about the actual post you were replying to?

Nope, too busy playing the victim…..and making up stuff totally unrelated to the subject at hand…..

“Tesla storage deployments more than double to 31.4 GWh in 2024
Tesla expects its battery storage installations will jump at least 50% this year.”

“Tesla Megapack and Powerwall battery storage deployments jumped to 31.4 GWh last year, up from 14.7 GWh in 2023, the company said in an earnings presentation Wednesday. The company expects storage deployments will grow at least 50% this year.

“We’re trying to ramp output of the stationary battery storage as quickly as possible,” Tesla CEO Elon Musk said during an analyst conference call.

Gross profit at Tesla’s energy generation and storage segment increased to $2.6 billion in 2024 from $1.1 billion the year before as revenue climbed 67% to $10.1 billion from $6 billion in the same period, according to Tesla.”

“As detailed in a report from Nikkei this week, Tesla plans to supply 142 Megapack units to support a 548 MWh storage project in Japan, set to become one of the country’s largest energy storage facilities. The project is being overseen by financial firm Orix, and it will be located at a facility Maibara in central Japan’s Shiga prefecture, and it aims to come online in early 2027.

The deal is just the latest of several Megapack deployments over the past few years, as the company continues to ramp production of the units. Tesla currently produces the Megapack at a facility in Lathrop, California, though the company also recently completed construction on its second so-called “Megafactory” in Shanghai China and is expected to begin production in the coming weeks.

Tesla’s production of the Megapack has been ramping up at the Lathrop facility since initially opening in 2022, and both this site and the Shanghai Megafactory are aiming to eventually reach a volume production of 10,000 Megapack units per year. The company surpassed its 10,000th Megapack unit produced at Lathrop in November.

During Tesla’s Q4 earnings call last week, CEO Elon Musk also said that the company is looking to construct a third Megafactory, though he did not disclose where.

Last year, Tesla Energy also had record deployments of its Megapack and Powerwall home batteries with a total of 31.4 GWh of energy products deployed for a 114-percent increase from 2023.

Other recently deployed or announced Megapack projects include a massive 600 MW/1,600 MWh facility in Melbourne, a 75 MW/300 MWh energy storage site in Belgium, and a 228 MW/912 MWh storage project in Chile, along with many others still.“

Lets see how many of those projects are actually realized.

You are quoting a Musk site so maybe not really reliable.

Well at least that is non- musk related sites.... It is going to be interesting to find out how much of that clearway order is actually delivered given the cuts to renewables in the BBB.

China - well. He is already there so it makes sense but I would be worrying about that somewhat. I see China as a major player on that market - with their own products too.

When it comes to Europe or even Australia I think that people will think twice before buying anything related to Musk. The quality of his products are simply not good enough to live up to European standards - a couple of his battery packs has already been found to start fires and are under investigation due to that.

It’s like a Musk PR bot has been set loose in here, lol. And the pronouncements mean nothing. Musk doesn’t follow through on most things. And if he cared about EVs at all, he wouldn’t have put Trump in the WH. And he put Trump in the WH, that’s reason enough for his name to go down as a complete idiot.

Seems that Australia is all bought in.

    It is a growing business

“Musk doesn’t follow through on most things” might be one of the most ignorant statements I’ve seen in a long while

At least I don’t use AI to write my posts. And it’s not ignorant at all. He is famous for overstating what he will do. Some call it what it really is - lying.

Musk is like a snake oil salesman. He’s good at getting the government to give him money, and stiffing his creditors and employees. He’s good at weaseling out of responsibility when his cars kill people.

And he’s a horrible misogynist and bigot who thinks his genetic material is so superior to everyone else that he owes it to humanity to have a multitude of children and he doesn’t much care who he has them with. He dabbles in white supremacy and eugenics.

Confirmation @Sendai does not read most of the posts and links from here which document an unending torrent of actual ignorance from people like Trump and Musk, or his own posts and links for that matter.

But hey, maybe @Sendai posted that from a full self driving robotaxi zooming along at 200km/h through an underground tunnel on the way to take the hyper loop home where he'll check how his robot assistant is doing.

Send ai only post links to Tesla and Musk plans - not actual market shares obfuscating what is really happening in the market

These are simple Google search’s. And they aren’t Tesla sources.

Solar powered, renewable clean energy. The fine folks at Tesla are doing fine work. And the fine folks in Australia are smart enough to understand the value. Visionary folks.
