Those people are maniacs. How in the world can anyone take them serious is beyond me

We should take them seriously because just a year ago they were basically in power. The presentation that Mark Meadows turned over to the Jan. 6 committee called for calling up the National Guard to seize voting machines, using US Marshalls to surround the polling places and doing a complete recount of the election, after it had already been certified.

A) Why isn't Bannon in jail? I know if I was subpoenaed to be in court and didn't show up and had a publicly aired podcast, that is also filmed live, that the authorities would show up and arrest me for failure to appear.

B) Has it ever been okay for a sitting Congressman to openly discuss overthrowing the government, with times, dates, #'s of "shock troops,' etc.? If not before, why now?

Both Donald Trump and Bill O'Reilly touted huge crowds ahead of their "History Tour." But it kicked off at the FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida, with many empty seats, according to local media.

"Massive crowd headed into FLA Live! The Trump/O'Reilly History show starts soon...," O'Reilly, the former Fox host, wrote on Twitter on Saturday.

"See you in Sunrise, FL, in a little while and tomorrow, Orlando," the former president said in a statement. "Big crowds!"

But the "cavernous" FLA Live Arena" had many seats that remained empty, according to the Sun-Sentinel. The top level was closed off and those who had tickets for that area were "upgraded" to the lower bowl, the newspaper reported......

At one point, Trump complimented his predecessor, former president Barack Obama, who he described as "smart and sharp."

"I liked him," Trump said of Obama, though he blamed him for causing "tremendous division" in the country."

Trump also told the crowd that he got along best with "tyrants" like Russia's Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un while in office.

"The ones I did the best with were the tyrants," he said. "For whatever reason, I got along great with Putin, I got along great with President Xi of China. I got along with Kim Jong Un of North Korea... and isn't that good? Isn't that better than having a better than having a nuclear war?"

Trump also spoke about the deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, when a mob of his supporters stormed the building in a bid to stop the certification of Biden's electoral victory. "There was love in the air," Trump said..........

I guess, but I'm like "who cares?" at this point. The whole network is bat-shirt crazy now. Having one guy who stills has a couple of rational brain cells left at Fox News is not going to make any difference at this point.

I think they call them news anchors because they're dead weight that descends into the depths and plunges on down into the mud, then they rake the mud around in an aimless semicircular pattern, going nowhere, and going nowhere is the whole point.

LOL...their vapid, softball interview questions definitely give that impression. They could all learn a thing or two about asking tough, probing questions from the likes of Vice or Bill Maher.

But the whole point of this Sunday morning blather on TV is not to offend. The corporate media is allowed to gently rock the boat from time to time, but they can never say the ship is sinking. No matter how dire the situation, like right now before the 2022 election.

It fits in the topic of what is next for the Republican party. Wallace was a real journalist, and had a level of control/autonomy that no one else at FOX had. With him gone, the notion of them being real news is now gone. It's not just the opinion shows that steer the masses in a frenzy, it will be their news too. Much more so than before.

Just like how most Republican voters no longer have many conservative values, outside of a few social ones, and lower taxes.

I would argue that the notion of Fox News being a "real news" channel ended a loooong time ago. Probably going all the way back to the swift boating of John Kerry in 2004. That was around the time that Fox News started taking a really hard turn to the extreme right.

Even the day time "news" of Fox News has been ridiculously slanted for years. Seriously, how often did they ever discuss Bush's scandals or Trump's scandals in their daily news coverage? Hardly ever. You always had to change the channel to understand what was really going on in the world.

There have been studies performed in the past that shows that watching no news is better for a person than watching Fox News. Therefore, Wallace's "contributions" to Fox News were minimal at best.

Odd, I had always heard that he was one of the few reasonable Fox personalities

Already departed Shep Smith was another
