I am curious about one thing, do 2nd Amendment voters think there are to many guns in the US? Do they think more people should own guns?

Is there any concern at all with where this path of no gun regulations will take us down?

I would love to the see the US actually have zero regulation on fire arms, but fire arms are regulated for legal and law abiding citizens.

Well, there are quite a few gun regs. The problem is there are gaps in those regulations. And they vary from state to state. I do think anyone who owns a gun should be trained and registered.

Do I think there are too many guns? Probably, but I also think people should be able to decide if they want to own a gun unless they have a violent history, or suffer from mental illness.

I think there's a larger, societal crime problem than a gun problem. The availability of guns is problematic, yes, but a lot of the guns used in criminal activities are moved around black market transactions. Even if we start bans, those guns will still be there. A lot of people aren't going to give up their guns willingly also. I don't really see a path to banning guns in the US. Start with the peripheral stuff and see where it goes.

That didn't answer any of my questions. Do you consider any of the ramifications of something like that?

Every illegal gun in the US was sold legally the first time. Some law abiding citizen sold every gun that has ever been used in a crime.

That's not true. Guns are stolen all the time. Sometimes prior to being legally sold. Also, there is a substantial black market for guns brought into the country. It's a relatively small percentage of all guns sold here, but still significant.

I didn't say that the law abiding citizen sold it to the criminal.

My point is we have too many guns on the streets, and the only way to fix that is to limit the production of "legal" firearms.

There is no such thing as an illegal gun factory.

You are essentially saying the problem is with criminals having the guns, not legal responsible citizens. I agree.
I don't see how limiting what I chose to buy and play with has any effect on what a criminal will do.

No, I'm saying there are guns stolen before ever becoming legally owned. And, where criminals mostly acquire guns are most likely at some gun shows where a background check isn't mandated. I'm not sure if that loophole has been closed, but it's my understanding that some have already been doing background checks.

Also, the other loophole is that people can acquire guns in the secondary markets without going through any type of security check. Until those loopholes are closed, it remains too easy for criminals to get their hands on guns.

I did notice, that CNN and several other democratic party media did not cover this at all. Do you guys remember Morgan Wallen, Mimi Groves, Kyle Larson just to name a few that have been ruined or rather attempted ruin/canceled for using the term.

Does anyone else find this odd that suddenly, the use of the N-word is not touchy subject when used by a Biden?

We should cancel Hunter Biden. He is a crackhead who shouldn't have any position in the government.

He also reflects on his father.

No one on the left gives two shirts about Hunter Biden. Cancel him. We seriously don’t care.
He also reflects on his father.
    Wishful thinking.

    He wrote a book? Why?

This. "THE LEFT" cares as much about Hunter Biden as they do the Clintons. I care just as much about them as I do the Trump kids who weren't in government positions.
