We all know how Louisiana's greatest football player ever Drew Brees feels about Mr. President Trump, but now we have the greatest hip-hop artist of all time, the greatest musician ever in the history of Louisiana supporting President Trump for a 2nd term as well.

Louisiana is definitely a Trump state. So proud to live here!

Pfft... He ain't black then... LOL

I'll be honest, I am surprised more Rappers don't come out for Trump.... Most of them have been singing his praises and idolizing him for years (before he ran for office, of course).

Either way... I love Weezy.... But who cares... LOL

Yes, since you mention it. Trump attacked Drew Brees for listening to and acknowledging the concerns of his teammates and others, telling him he'd "regret that", and Drew responded criticising Trump for trying to use the flag to turn people away or distract them from the real issues facing black communities:

"To @realdonaldtrump. Through my ongoing conversations with friends, teammates, and leaders in the black community, I realize this is not an issue about the American flag. It has never been. We can no longer use the flag to turn people away or distract them from the real issues that face our black communities.
"We did this back in 2017, and regretfully I brought it back with my comments this week. We must stop talking about the flag and shift our attention to the real issues of systemic racial injustice, economic oppression, police brutality, and judicial and prison reform.
"We are at a critical juncture in our nation's history! If not now, then when?
"We as a white community need to listen and learn from the pain and suffering of our black communities. We must acknowledge the problems, identify the solutions, and then put this into action. The black community cannot do it alone. This will require all of us."

So yes, we do have some idea of how Drew Brees feels about Trump. He thinks Trump is trying to use the flag to distract people and turn them away from the real issues of systemic racial injustice, economic oppression, police brutality, etc. He's right too.

Not to bring that dead horse back up, but I'm pretty sure Drew's PR wrote most of that.

You’re probably right, but Drew would’ve never signed his name to that statement unless he agreed with it 100%. We all know Drew is smart enough to not be taken advantage of

Isn't Lil Wayne a convicted felon?

    Can he even vote?
Yep I know he has multiple convictions. I remember a gun charge in NY.

So yep yep he backs the guy he can't vote for.

The rap community it shouldn't be shocking that they endorse Trump. Hell he is just like a bunch of them. Broke arse and acting like they have way more money. Bragging about their shirt is much more important than the human you are. They seem to treat females similarly.

Now we do have great people from the rap community that use their fame and capital to make the world a better place. Killer Mike and others are trying to make the world a better place lil wayne certainly is not what has he done besides look out for him and his money?
